Laser Marble

I absolutely LOVE the countertops Laser Marble installed in our kitchen. I worked directly with Jennifer to discuss everything from style/type of countertop to details of the installation. They were extremely thorough and accommodating throughout it all. This quality of the stone and the customer service were provided were impeccable. Jennifer sent me videos and pictures of the stone I picked out and explained everything! I would HIGHLY advise anyone looking for any type of stone or tile for your home or business to please consult with Laser Marble. I’m the president of my HOA and will definitely be passing on their information to other homeowners in my neighborhood!!

Everything went well. They are punctual. They cleaned up after themselves. Finished in a timely manner.

My wife and I choose Laser Marble and Granite because they seem to have such high reviews and were also highly recommended to us by her parents. With that being said I would feel guilty if I didn't share my experience with them. My wife and I picked a slab from there lot that we very much liked, the sales woman was standing with us and told us that we could have that slab and it was within our price range. We went directly from that stone to the computer inside to finalize our order. I'll note that it seemed like the company was having a BBQ that day and the saleswoman did not seem entirely focused on us. We were very excited to have our countertops installed and I took off from work so I could be home while they were being installed. On the day of install I heard a knock at my front door , got up to go answer it and found two men already standing inside my house! I do have a lock box on my front door which I must have neglected to close properly, but that does not excuse them from going into the lock box and using the key to come into my house. Moving forward , they started there install and about halfway through I looked in to see how progress was going. I noticed that they were installing the wrong countertops! when I informed them about this, they said you'll have to call the office. While trying to get in contact with the office, they hastily installed the rest of the countertop and left without saying a word. not only was the countertop wrong but the cut was wrong as well. I went to the office to see if this could be sorted out and was told no that's what you ordered. I have tried calling to speak with the owner and am always told he's not in and he hasn't returned my calls
