He started at the job and his subs did not perform the work correctly they did not install waterproof backing before they did the tile in the bathroom. We had to remove all of that tile and start over . He did it again and he started the job did not complete it as he said he did not have good subs to do the tile work. So he was doing that on his own by himself and did horrible work. We had to hire another contractor to fix the shotty work that he did and do the whole thing over again. We had hired him to do a garage remodel which he was doing simultaneously as we have had hired him thinking that the work that he had done on the bathroom kitchen remodel was OK. Until we realized that they did not do it correctly. We had already hired him to start the garage remodel. And have paid him approximately 55% and he has not completed that job either. He continues to come up with excuses that he cannot find subs to complete the work although we have found out that he has started other jobs and is working on the other jobs while he’s dropped our job. It’s difficult to hire another contractor in the middle of a job especially when there is so many mistakes. So basically what they have to do is tear down the work that we’ve already paid him for to complete the job and I have to charge us all over again. He keeps telling us that he’s good for it and that he will make good on it yet we have not seen him do any of that. I regret the day that we ever hired him and feel bad for people who have hired him now because of the kind of contractor he is.

Aaron showed up for the estimate and was great. I agreed to approximately $1800 which was mostly labor, as I was supplying all of the tile. I agreed to 50% up front, expecting an honest business on Angie's List, so I gave him $1000. 3 days later and 4 days before the project start I postponed by calling the only number I had, which was on the invoice. That number goes to the owner, who apparently couldn't care less for Aaron's customers because he never responded or passed on the information. I eventually cancelled the project and offered to purchase any supplies already acquired as well as a nominal inconvenience fee. The owner, who still would not communicate directly with me, said there would be a $200 charge for time, travel, and restocking fees. He said the check would be mailed next week. I said I thought $100 would be fair but do what you will, here is my address. After that I got the checks lost in the LOCAL MAIL story for 2 weeks. The owner finally contacted me via text with jokes. I gave him the opportunity to do the right thing on his own and give me the entire amount back, since he just hijacked my money for more than 2 weeks, but he did not. He called before the meeting time to tell me he was leaving the check with an employee because he had to go. It was a starter check for $800 and I took it immediately to the bank and cashed it. This owner does not deserve your business. 1: I offered to buy the materials (basic materials used daily in this line of work) 2: They had 4 days notice that the project was on hold 3: The estimate was free so I don't know where time and travel comes in as a fee 4: The owner kept my money for 3 weeks after he agreed to return 80% of it Nothing against the men doing the work but this company is no good. The owner does not care whatsoever, when he keeps $200 of someone's money for basically an estimate, which should have been free. And, then to hold on to the money for three weeks. You decide. Personally I think he should be removed from Angie's List!

I am very happy with my new vinyl flooring. The workers were safe, courteous and efficient. They did lots of preliminary leveling on the wood floors in my old adobe house, and I think they did a great job. It will be much easier to maintain a clean home in the future.

They were able to install immediately! It took all day, but they came and didn't leave until it was completed. They consulted immediately on any changes. Raul and Art were very personable and did not dawdle. Aaron was also very considerate and prompt. They also all wore their masks the entire time, and made both my husband and I feel comfortable. The work looks great and was reasonably priced. They cleaned up all their stuff and even took our old toilet away to dispose of for us. Would definitely use them again.

We hired Aaron and his company to perform a carpet repair after our dog damaged the carpet near the doorway. Communication was great and they were able to provide to provide an estimate we were happy with. Aaron and Raul were on time and completed the job efficiently. The prices were very fair and they were very professional throughout. We are really glad that we chose to go with them and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future!

My contact from start to finish was with Aaron. He was professional, personable, flexible, had great communication and followed thru with anything and everything discussed. The installation of the new carpet was done well and the men did a good job cleaning up and not making it obvious they were there. I highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Aaron.
