This is the first review I've ever written that is negative on any contractor and I've built an entire custom home. I chose dark brown colors for the decking, wood and roof and I came home to Bright Gold wood with brown decking. When I asked Jason about it, he agreed it wasn't the color he was expecting, but he didn't say a word to me and continued the project without addressing the issue. When I asked about the color he said "that's what we agreed upon" and it was not. In fact, the work order he left as TBD, so he had never written down my choice. There was no quality control on stain.. he didn't bother staining a small sample of wood and ensuring that it was satisfactory. Jason said he would fix it by staining over the top of the existing bright gold wood, which is not acceptable. Jason gave my project 2 weeks on the schedule, but apparently he got another big project and wanted to finish mine in a hurry and didn't care about the outcome. This gazebo was $19,876-

I love the new deck. Fit and finish is excellent. Great color combination from decking to rail to skirting. Great work done much quicker than expected. 5 stars plus. Spending more time than ever on this new deck for BBQs and relaxation.

Lasting decks exceeded all my expectations! Took my back yard that was unusable to something me and my family use everyday all day!! He was super professional and walked me thru each and every step of the way. Kept me informed on schedule and completion date regularly. Highly highly recommend ! Did an amazing job!

Their friendly and knowledgeable personnel have been very helpful to myself and others I associate with, and I will continue to seek out their services.
