The provider was scheduled to clean on June 21st and she cancelled and rescheduled for June 24. I received a confirmation that morning but then an hour later she cancelled on me again. She rescheduled again for the following week on June 28th and confirmed that appointment. She cancelled on me again and said she would come later that day and then cancelled on me again for later that day. She then rescheduled me AGAIN for July 2 and confirmed that appointment the day before. She never showed up for that day, never called either. Nothing. I called and left messages and text and I never received a response back. I have proof of correspondence to validate and confirm my negative review, unreliable and unprofessional. <br />

Latisha was AMAZING. She was very prompt in communicating with me while I was overseas, and frank and upfront about what she could and could not do in terms of different options. But in any case she did everything I needed and more, and wow what an amazing result! I cannot recommend her services enough and would very gladly contract with her again in the future! My place is spotless thanks to her and the cleaning was done very professionally and quickly. Thank you again!

Latisha does an amazing job! She arrives early and the my house was sparkling clean even the Very dirty dusty Florida room! She is detailed oriented as all of the nicks and crannies were sparkling cleaned also! I would recommend her to everyone even that particular detailed person!

I was very satisfied with her cleaning. At one point the mop broke; I told her not to worry about finishing the kitchen and living room floors and she offered to clean them on her hands and knees - which I declined. (H****** anybody's knees!) While I was elsewhere, she cleaned my kitchen floor on her hands and knees - that's dedication! <br /> My bathroom sparkled, she dusted my ceiling fan right off, and I'm happy with everything she did. Very nice young woman, too. <br />

<p>I was looking to someone to clean my condo on a bi-weekly basis and found Latisha on Angie's List. I left her a message and she promptly returned my call. She asked me about my expectations and preferences for cleaning products, allergies. etc. I liked the fact that she got all this information initially as it is a good way to avoid any confusion and/or misunderstanding later.</p> <p>She arrived when expected and worked with no supervision (meaning I did not have to follow her around to tell her what to do). She did a great job even on my glass furniture and sliding glass doors, which I am very fussy about. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

We hired Latisha to clean my mom's kitchen - who has been ill and unable to do the deep cleaning the way she wants/is used to. LaTisha got back to us promptly and got us on her schedule within the week. She showed up on time, even calling to let us know when she was about 20 minutes out. She arrives and was very professional, sweet and well spoken. She brought all her own cleaning supplies, but checked with mom to make sure that she didn't have any chemical sensitivities or if there was any cleaners she didn't wanted used. She did an excellent job cleaning the kitchen - scrubbing down the cabinets, the top of the refrigerator and everything else. Not only would I hire Latisha again in a heartbeat, I'm planning to schedule her to come do another room soon. Very highly recommend her for all your cleaning needs. <br />

Bare minimum work. Skipped showers, glass around doors and an entire room. Nothing moved on kitchen counters when wiping down. Comparable to how your hotel room is just straightened and bed made. Great price though if that is all you need.

"I am sorry you found your clean not to your liking. If you had contacted me right after, I would have been more than happy to come back and fix the situation. Unfortunately it's been over a month since we were there. I'm not sure what room you were meaning didn't get clean, as all the bedrooms, offices, living room, and reptile room were all cleaned. We even made sure not to hurt any of the crickets that were running around that room. The shower door was scrubbed and cleaned, as well as me bleaching the floor of your shower. I apologize it wasn't to your liking."

scheduled for 12:30 to 4:30 arrived about 15mins late and left almost 45mins early. masterbedroom fan not cleaned and bar counter not wiped down, did good on bathrooms and floors. <br />

we recently bought a home in Pensacola and the sellers left it in shambles. Grime, grease and dirt everywhere! Unable to move into the home in that condition, we contacted Latisha who gave us a more than fair price for a total deep cleaning of the home. She also provided a detailed list of what she specifically cleaned. She did an excellent job, making our home sparkle! I highly recommend Latisha for your home cleaning needs. <br />
