Excellent! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient. The crew and leader came right in, got right to work, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up thoroughly. I do not recommend a lot of services, but I highly recommend this one.

I had a roughly 50+ year-old 3 story tree that finally needed to be cut down due to termite and other possible insect infestation. We looked up Angie's List and L.A. Tree Expert responded to our need. They came a few days earlier to assess the situation and gave us an estimate. They told us how the gameplan would down, what to do and how to prepare. We were impressed by their manpower, equipment, and professionalism. On Sat, November 7, they showed up and started early and on time, and we were greatly impressed with the speed and accuracy of how they did their job without damaging any surrounding property. Keep in mind, my 3 story high tree was located in my backyard, so it was definitely not easy to get to, but they managed to get the job done and in a very timely fashioned manner. We thought this kind of work would take over 6 hours, but this company managed to complete their work in just about 4 1/2 hours, and also cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable, communication was also very good, and they were honest from start to finish. Although I have nothing left for them to continue the use of their services, I would strongly recommend anyone to seek them out if you need tree pruning or tree removal. They do go by other different names such as L.A. Tree Service, but in either case, it was a pleasure finding a Licensed Tree Cutting Services company that is honest, won't rip you off on a quote (unlike other tree cutting companies I have contacted thruout the years) and knows how to get the job done without hassle.

Everything was fine. They were here promptly at 8 AM, no issues with their work quality, and cleaned up extraordinarily well after they finished.

The gave us a terrific job. All the pieces of the tree had to be removed through the house, because our residence is a row home. The crew protected everything in the house, removed the tree in 2-1/2 hours +/- ; and when the job was over there was no damage to our home, and the tree stump location, the yard, the path of removal through our house, the driveway in front of the house, and the street where their chipper and truck were located were all cleaner than when they started. I would recommend this company to whomever needed tree removal service.

LA Tree Expert did an amazing job removing 2 trees from my backyard. A team of 8 came in and completely cut both trees down within 45 minutes. In addition, they left my yard cleaner than they found it! This company is very professional, quick and they love what they do, perfect teamwork! Also, I did get 2 other quotes, they were 1/2 the cost of 1 and 1/4 of the other quote, how's that for being competitive! I would highly recommend this company!

After a poor communications experience with a prior Tree service contractor I was pleased with prompt response I received from LA Tree. Jose contacted me same day and within 20 minutes of call arrived at my house to review job and provide a quote. The job was scheduled for three days later. LA Tree crew arrived early Saturday morning to determine best approach. The sick and damaged tree sits behind my garage and access to it was very challenging. Their bucket truck would not be able to reach it. My neighbor gave them access to their yard to climb tree and chainsaw it limb by limb. They did a great job of roping every branch to prevent damage to garage and neighbor's property. They brought in large team with heavy duty vehicles to completely dispose of tree. They cleaned up both properties leaving no trace that a tree was ever there. The cost was reasonable for the size of the job.

This is a great company. They gave a reasonable quote. They showed up early. Everyone was professional. The only thing I would recommend is that Jose keep working on speaking English. I was not convinced that he understood the nuances of our conversation. I would highly recommend this company. Great work, they were not on time but EARLY which is a BIG plus, professional staff. I will use them going forward and also recommend this company to my friends.

Excellent - I was called minutes after requesting a quote and they came the next day to see the property and provide a quote. It took me 30 days to get my building to approve their very reasonable quote, and when I called to schedule, they came the same day and were finished in an hour. Due to parking situation on my narrow street, they could not bring truck in, so had to haul the branches down the block. They were fast and professional and left the property all cleaned up. I would definitely call again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was on angies list Thursday night, an estimate was given Friday morning and work done on Saturday. Great fast work. My tree never looked so good. I’m already planning on using them again.
