BUYER BEWARE get it in writing I guess my first issue would be communication Richard stated he would be here on a certain day, never happened. Then we finally had to reach out to him They kept putting us off the rain I understood why but saying they didn’t want to tear up our yard with their little machine. Made no sense and if you could see the finished results and the mess they left. Why did it matter. So get ever little detail in writing The bid, the agreed upon work. This is why. The concrete work in places was very nice and in other places Iffy if it will last This should of been another hint I ask if they gave any type of warranty Son replied I can guarantee it will crack I was taken aback by this comment Then they told my husband they would be back the next day to clean up and fill back in the dirt that they torn up around the concrete Next day no show My husband made the mistake of paying them the full amount If he would of only paid part of it Then they would of probably followed thur on their verbal promise. Weather was perfect for 5 plus days No show Finally a week plus later they show up. By then it had rained and harder all the dirt in the grass. They did a really p*** poor job and just throw excess dirt farther out into the grass Instead of taking it away. Then stomped it down. Turned grass side down into existing grass so it look like dirt It looks terrible So we took pictures and sent them to Richard the owner quote from his reply text We do not clean up or fill in any dirt around concrete work Then to add insult to injury he accused us of not paying him the correct amount Now everyone who has ever gotten a check from someone will automatically look at that check It’s just human natural. He didn’t say anything then it was because he was trying to justify his s***** work ethic Plus they put the black strip between the seam and didn’t trim it down. So we are now using our sweat labor and additional money to fix what they torn up We are in our 60’s and this is labor we shouldn’t have to do So if you want your yard torn up no clean up and possible concrete that will probably crack according to his son Then take your chances He should be paying us for having to clean up after them So BUYER be warned

They came in one afternoon removed old patio and driveway framed in the new came back the next day poured the driveway and patio they did a fantastic job. They will be coming back in the spring to do a patio in my backyard. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and a price you can afford
