About us
Lawn Panther is a family owned, veteran operated lawn care and landscaping company serving Fuquay-Varina, Apex, Holly Springs, Cary, Garner, Angier, Willow Spring, Lillington and South Raleigh. We work for homeowners, HOAs and commercial properties. We take care of the whole property: landscape design and installation, sod, drainage and grading, planting and bed work, mulch and pine straw, aeration and overseeding, and weekly lawn maintenance. We are licensed by the state of North Carolina to apply herbicides and pesticides on turf and ornamental plants such as shrubs and trees, so weed control, fertilization and tree and shrub care come from the same crew that mows your lawn. We also design, install and service FX Luminaire and Luxor landscape lighting and Hunter irrigation, as a Hunter University certified Lighting Designer and Lighting Specialist. We install holiday lighting. Small and hands-on by design. Licensed and insured. Free estimates.

Designer - Landscape
I have withheld writing this review until now. Although Aidan is likable, his corporation is lacking in several areas: experience for large jobs, a trustworthy billing system, and honor to repair failed products. My project began in March 2026 including brush/tree removal, grading, plantings, and raised garden beds. Much work was satisfactory however some was not completed including removing fallen trees despite my offer of chain saw rental after his equipment broke. Within 3 months, the expensive raised beds failed, dumping all of the strawberry plants. Aidan refused to repair and upgrade them at his own expense but instead quoted nearly $400 more dollars to make this right. Additionally, Aidan's "copilot" invoicing system double billed me on more than one occasion. And finally, ACH authorization was given but this "Stripe" account has yet to be deleted, thus enabling thousands of other merchants access to my personal information. Don't use Lawn Panther!

Every account with us is reconciled job by job, and we are always willing to walk a customer through their invoices and payments directly. Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
They didn't finish the job. The side was left incomplete with gaps and missing pieces. They underestimated the amount on sod needed and they just left gaps. I received no response to my request to fix the issues.

"Thank you for the feedback, and we are sorry you were not happy with the result. Sod is quoted and installed to the area agreed before we begin. Where a lawn needs more than the measured area covered, we quote the additional area rather than add it without the customer's approval. If you would like to discuss it, we are at 984-284-5399."

they screwed up and put our extra I yard of dirt all over our front lawn..they had to scoop it up again...but didn't get it all...when I tried to negotiate a price 100.00 instead of the 180.00 they charged us for it....he didn't want to hear it even though it was his worker mistake...my husband caved and paid him...poor customer service...would never hire again!!!

I was not satisfied with the work. Grading was not done, and they did a poor job on leveling the lawn.

They completed the French drain, fabric and rocks. However they did not compete the mulch. At the end of the day the tree up front, half the back hill was not done along with the side hill and under the stairs and the mulch was not spread out evenly around the plants and in some case still in a pile. I contacted the company and walked the grounds with him to show him. He ordered 2 more cubic yards of mulch which he charged me for. After that the side hill was not completed and under the stairs was also left undone. Contractor txt me on June 26 th that he would get it done. Nothing has been done in 2 weeks. The contractor should estimate correctly and I should not be held up to keep paying for what he messed up on. He originally said 6 cubic yards then added 2 more. Don’t know if I got the 8 cubic yards or he is that bad in estimating. The job is still not complete

Great work from great people, fair pricing especially for the area. Straight forward, came out and mowed my lawn, took care of some unsightly weeds and put new mulch down in my flower beds. Give them a call!
