Kevin at Lawn Wizard Indy was quick to respond with a competitive bid for our annual lawn treatment program, including aeration and grub prevention. I asked for a couple of modifications to the standard program, and he was happy to work with me and delivered a final proposal that was perfect for my needs and priced right. Once the contract was signed, Kevin scheduled all my dates of service for the year that same day and he has already completed our first spring treatment/application. I’m very happy with Kevin’s communication and responsiveness - he was easy to talk to and helped me understand his recommendations to revive my lawn after a couple of years without professional lawn service, and his prices were very competitive. Highly recommend!

Kevin called me within 30 minutes of my requesting a quote through Angie's list and within 2 hours the front, back and side lawns were mowed. The lawn has now been mowed twice and we're on a weekly schedule.

When we had made some phone calls, he was the only one that responded back to us. He is really nice and really good. We are still using him. We started using him end of July or August of last year.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and they performed the services in less than a week. <br />

They’ve also done grass cutting.  They’re very prompt with scheduling and are here when promised.  He’s very responsive.

We have been in this home for less than a year and we have used him all the way through. He also made himself available at our request for snow and ice removal. For lawn work, we have been very pleased. He is a very straight forward young man, very responsive to any request me make of him and we have found him to be quite reliable. His price for mowing is very competitive.

<p>I don't feel like he did a super good job. He said he edged but it did not seem like he did.  I did call for him for snow removal once and he never showed up.</p>

<p>I purchased a Big Deal for Lawn Aeration.  When I scheduled the appointment, through the Angie's List website, I wrote that I had to know the exact date of service because I kept the gate to my backyard locked and I have a dog.  I was told that they would be there on Oct. 1st.  But, they showed up on Sept. 30th.  They were unable to complete the job because the gate to my backyard was locked.  They did aerate the front lawn.  The person texted me to let me know he left his business card.  I texted him back asking when he planned to come back to do the back yard.  I stressed again that I needed to know the exact day.  He texted back saying it would be a week or so [Oct. 2nd].  I did not hear from him, so I texted again on Oct. 26th.  On Nov. 7th, he texted back saying it would be the next week.  At this point, it was cold - temperatures had gone below freezing - therefore, aerating the lawn would be a waste of time.  I asked for a refund.  He responded, "Okay, well, you have to contact Angie's List Manager.  I can't give you the refund."</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I would like a refund as this service was not completed.</p>

We used Lawn Wizard to help us out during a time when our schedules were crazy. They came when they said they would and did a nice job. I would certainly use them again!

Like most of us I am very busy. I was able to purchase Big Deal and schedule  service. There were several questions I had and in turn Kevin had some for me regarding my lawn. If I had a fence and if there were any sprinkler heads that needed to be marked. All of this was done through the message center. This saved me  a great deal of time. In the end, Kevin said he would show up Wednesday afternoon and complete the job, which he did and then notified me the job was done. I reviewed his work after I came home and he did a fantastic job.  <br /> I would definitely use again! <br /> <br /> I hired Lawn Wizard of Indy to aerate my lawn. I thought he did a great job. I thought so much so that in my review I gave him a POH nomination. Not 10 minutes after I left the review  my neighbor knocked on my door. Lawn Wizard while aerating my lawn ran over into my neighbor?s yard and destroyed a sprinkler head. I paid to have replaced  at the price of $100. I have emailed and called Lawn Wizard several times  about rectifying this and no response from him at all. What assistance can you provide at this point?

<p>Overall things went very well.  Met Kevin the owner who answered my questions and met my special needs (in this case insuring that my invisible fence is not cut).  Impressed with the equipment he used, how quickly he finished, blowing away excess plugs on the front sidewalk, and his overall professionalism.  Good job.</p> <br />

They did everything I had instructed them to do.  They communicated well with me through the entire process and were on time the day of the service.  They trimmed a bunch of shrubs and they all look great.
