I have tried on several occasions to reach out to you via texts and phone calls so now I am writing to you in email form. I have reached the point where I have even had my friend Anthony reach out so that he could try and get a better understanding as well. So far as of Monday May 24th 2021, I have not had the services of which I pre-paid for (aeration and overseeding) done at all. And when we try to get an understanding of when that will happen we are avoided or dismissed all together. The purpose of pre-paying was 2 fold for me, the first showing you that I was serious about getting my yard to look better and hoping that this would move the process forward in a timely manner. Now since paying you, I have managed to get 1 treatment of fertilizer and herbicide spray. The reasons I have gotten were: the aerator broke, the aerator didn't fit through the gate (which doesn't explain why the front wasn't done), it's too wet, it's too dry, it's too windy, you are short staffed, the guy went to the wrong house, you don't know if I paid for aeration and over-seeding or not. I have become very annoyed at the manner in which you have handled myself as a new client that gave you my hard earned money up front. If this is a task that you can not accomplish, I kindly ask that you refund my money so that I can seek another service provider. Please keep in mind that you reached out to me first, and I chose you based on our written and verbal conversations. Hi (member name removed), I understand your frustration, this week is the second round of applications, i WILL get all this work done for you, if it's not done this week I will reimburse you. I'm very disappointed in how I've handled things this year for you and I will get this on track. No excuses, I do apologize even with all the things that happened and the numerous times this should have gotten done, it was handled poorly and I will find a way to make it up to you. Weather wise tomorrow may have severe weather so ill monitor it but starting tomorrow i'm doing round 2 of treatments so when I get to yours, I will aerate, overseed, and fertilize. Randy today is 11 days from the time you said that you would be doing round 2 of treatments and aeration, overseeding as well as fertilizing. I need you to just reimburse the money since it seems that you can not fulfill your end of the agreement. If I do not hear from you in the next few days I will be contacting Angie's List about steps to get a refund. The sad part of this all is the young men who originally came out to give me an estimate could have completed the job by now, but I chose you, only to have me PAY my money upfront, never met you and get one treatment. I have done a follow-up email since and had my friend call you again and nothing from you, no explanation, no phone call, no follow-up, no refund!
