Joe and his employee were great. We had some extensive damage on the patio of the house we had bought which was causing water to leak inside our home. There was a threat of rain, so Joe actually moved up our appointment to make sure we didn't have any more damage done. Joe came in and worked quickly on a very hot August day, showed us what he was doing, explained what had happened to the roof, and fixed the problem in just a few hours. We could't believe how good a job he did in just a few hours. <br /> A year later, we have had no problems with the repair <br /> I could use LBHI Services again and would recommend to anyone! <br />

We had a leak where our porch roof attached to our main roof. The people who lived in our house before apparently decided they would roof the house themselves. Sadly - our home inspection didn't catch this. <br /> Joe and his employee gave us an incredibly fair price - and worked very fast to beat a storm coming in...on a very hot and humid day. Turns out, under the shingles was completely rotted out, so he replaced framing, plywood and shingles - and did a great job. No leaks since. <br /> They also took great care in cleaning up all of the wood and old shingles. <br /> I would highly recommend them, and plan to use LBHI again to build a Florida room! <br /> <br /> <br />

I noticed wet insulation and water on a wall in my unfinished basement. After pulling the wet insulation down and doing some investigating, I believed that the water was getting in behind an improperly installed ledgerboard at the rear deck. I found LBHI Services on a couple of different sites and noticed that they were highly rated and could do this type of repair. We set a time for them to meet me at home to look at the problem and they were able to make the repair while they were there. They did a good job and I plan to use them again for a couple of other projects that need to be done. When the time does come to replace the deck, I will give them a call.
