Replaced three courses of deteriorating CMU, while supporting the weight of the heavy concrete roof. The new CMU were reinforced with rebar and the cores filled with mortar.

I don't think it's possible to find a better company to work with than LBJ. Liam knows foundations and concrete in an encyclopedic fashion. Our house, from 1903, was built with a field stone foundation and hadn't had any serious foundation work since the mid 1970's. We hired LBJ to clean up the grout between the stones on the inside, and based on the work they did brought them back for a complete foundation repair with poured walls on the outside. Before they started we had holes that you could see the daylight in the basement. Now it's all closed up and solid. My research indicates this kind of foundation work adds about 20% to the value of a house. This job was expensive but well worth it.

They an excellent job under difficult weather condition. They took down the box surrounding the chimney, took the chimney down to the roof line, replaced the flues and re-bricked the chimney.

Looking to repair old brick steps for $. LBJ Masonry gave a $$ quote, depending on additional damage if found. Steps were found to be in worse condition and in the needed for $$$ replacement. Work was done professionally, on time and with satisfaction

Easy process from start to finish Liam and his crew do quality work also excellent communication throughout the job. We got veneer on our front steps which looks amazing also they fixed a crumbling chimney which also came out great.

Liam was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain how they would do the project, as well as making sure that he was providing the the stone I had chosen for the project. They were careful to protect my lawn and shrubs around the work area and did a fine job of cleaning up when the work was completed.
