First when Mr. Sampson came he presented himself well and seemed like a trustworthy person to do business with. We agreed on what my mother had asked him and his staff to do and a deposit of $3000 was given to Mr. Sampson. He and his staff eventually came and worked on the wall, poured stones and removed the (2 feet tall) palm tree. On June 11th, Mr. Sampson had asked my mother for an advance in the amount of $1500 from the remaining payment due. On June 12th, he was paid the last installment in the amount of $1500 plus $250 dollars for trimming a tree that was not part of the contract for a total of $1750. He and my mother discussed him returning to evaluate the pavers and how the settlement was going. He told me that it should settle in 2 months so he should have returned in August to evaluate it which he didn't. She sent Mr. Sampson a text on July 27th stating that the paver walkway isn't sealing well and part of it that was joined is now cracking open. This is dangerous because it is settling below the driveway so anyone can trip when they walk on from the paver sidewalk onto the driveway. She also asked him when he will be delivering the boulder and Mr. Sampson would not respond to her. My mother also asked him about the fountain and when will he come to get it up and running and he told my mother he had the parts in but again he never followed thru with an update or visit. We had also hired Mr. Sampson to build a greenhouse and had given him a down payment of $3000 due to the fact that he said materials we going up in price so to give him the deposit now would be cheaper. He originally wanted $5000 but my mother wasn't comfortable with that. So far, he has not given my mother back her $3000 deposit for the greenhouse that wasn't built. Mr. Sampson's wife, Lynn Sampson, had reached out to my mother that same day to say that Mr. Sampson would be coming next Wednesday which would be August 4th. He never showed up and no one from L&B Property Services called her to reschedule or anything. Also, as of now the wall that was supposed to be strengthened is now loosening. This is dangerous only because children come at times and walk on it and we are concerned about one of them getting hurt. I even step on it at times and it moves and is splitting open.

Brian, his wife Lynn, and their team do an awesome job! They came to quote me on regular mowing service and I ended up hiring them to take down a few rotting trees as well. They were so professional and personable, they had the job done in no time. Their prices are affordable and their quality is outstanding!

I am extremely pleased with my new backyard. Brian and/or his crew were here each morning promptly until the job was done. He delivered exactly what I'd had in mind, and went over and above to make it even better. As he was finishing up my yard, he began on my neighbor's adjoining yard...she loves it and is enjoying her "tropical paradise". Thank you Brian and family crew! We love it!

They are very easy to work with and easily accessible (very important to me). I have been using them weekly for over a month now and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this company for your lawn maintenance, landscaping and any other project you may need or want in your yard.
