Labon was hired to switch out a wall unit oven combo for me. He ended up dropping the replacement unit outside and shattering the door in small pieces. In an effort to make things right he said he would repair the unit and he just needed to order the parts and it will be in from his distributors within a week. I agreed because he seemed like an honorable businessman and mistakes happened. He has not answered any of my calls and returned any of my texts. This was my last efforts to get a resolution

Labon was on time, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about our Samsung refrigerater (12 years old). He had to order a replacement for the icemaker, so the job was completed in two trips within the week. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
