Luzia and her team are awesome. I initially hired as i was moving out of my apartment to give it a final cleaning before i moved into my new home. Since then Luzia and her team have come to my new house several times and did a great job. Will continue to utilize her and her team. Best bet is to text/e-mail to schedule an appointment. Definitely recommended!

I cannot recommend Luzia highly enough. She is a true professional -- responsive, punctual, dependable. Her services are extremely high quality. I have personally recommended her to a number of our friends, which is the highest complement that I can give. She is an outstanding person and cleaner.

This company has been doing my housecleaning every other week for a couple of years. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. If a scheduled day or time needs to be changes, you will get plenty of notice. If you are looking for great, responsible housecleaning in the Newton area, give them a call!

Perfect. Everything looked great.

We were very impressed at the speed and thoroughness of their work. We have had them cleaning the house every other week for about a year and a half. It is not a 'deep clean' but because they come twice a month the house has looked pretty good. I do not have a museum house by any stretch. We have 2 young children so the house is lived in. They are timely and efficient. The house always smells so clean when they are done. It has been money well spent.

This is the second time I have hired Luzia on behalf of tenants who were moving out. Per their report, she has done a consistently thorough job yet again. I contracted for 6 hours of cleaning (2 people for 3 hours) for a 983 sf loft condo, including appliance interiors, for $180.

fine. when they finished, the rooms they cleaned were tidy, and it makes me feel good to just view the clean rooms that were once messy and dusty.

didn't. after they left and were tipped they did not touch the oven or refrigerator which is what I paid for. never again.

They cleaned every room - dusted, wood and tile floors, the kitchen cabinets, stove, pantry, and the bathrooms. Everything looked great. They were very nice and I highly recommend them.

Ok. Definitely a 9 out of 10.

It went well, the two ladies worked very hard for the entire three hours, cleaning all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen. They mopped, scrubbed, even moved the refrigerator to clean behind it. I was impressed with how thorough they were.

Excellent service! Luzia was good with communication and setting up the time. Her people Lucia and Ilza arrived on time, worked very efficiently, did a thorough job, and achieved more than other cleaning company people in the two hours they were here. The floors, couches, bathrooms, kitchen, oven, fridge- everything is very clean and spotless. Highly recommended.

Quite well. According to my new tenant, the unit was spotless. The $180 fee included 6 hours of cleaning, which was more than sufficient for a 1000 sf two-story loft condo.

Very well. Work was done while my wife was home and i was working. Our house smelled 'clean', the fridge was spotless, the oven looked great and we have since asked them to perform a regular 2x month cleaning schedule. They are reasonably/competitively priced, arrive on time and always do a very nice job of not only cleaning the house but they will actually tidy up the kids playroom. Typically 2 people will arrive with a 3rd sometimes arriving a bit later. The whole home is cleaned, sheets changed, floors vacuumed, hardwood swept, everything dusted, and they will even put dishes in the dishwasher. Sometimes my wife, who works from home a few days a week, may ask them to focus on a particular room. It has been around 3-4 months of continuous service. It typically takes them about 2-2.5 hrs to clean the whole home. We have been very happy their work.

My husband and I use Luiz and his team to clean our two-bedroom apartment in Cambridge after being recommended by one of our good friends. As always, they did a great job and I was impressed when I got home today. We have used another cleaning service prior to engaging Luiz's cleaning service and we were nowhere as impressed. Luiz's cleaning crew is very thorough - they mop, vacuum, dust, sweep, and rearrange messy areas. We paid a bit more for the very first cleaning but Luiz and his team even cleaned out our fridge that first time! Overall, I'm very happy with the service. His team is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. The only issue I can think of is scheduling could sometimes be tricky. Weekdays are better for Luiz and his team as they reserve the weekends for thorough first cleanings and we prefer weekend cleanings. That said, Luiz has been accommodating and we have always managed to work something out. I highly recommend Luiz.
