He came out and diagnosed the problem, he told me that he had started it up and it powered on. He said that what he had done would last a couple of years or maybe less around 6 months. So, after about 30 min, my wife turned the TV off and then waited maybe 5 minutes and the TV would not power on at all. It has not powered on since then. I called him back and he answered the phone after I called two or three times. I had told him what had happened and that he needed to come back out and take care of my TV. He told me that he would be coming back out. He did not say, but I expected him to be out the following day. After he did not show up, I called him and he did not answer. He did not show up the following day nor did he return my phone call that day. When I paid the $185 check on the initial service like I always do, he was quick to cash the check, but apparently not answer or return my phone calls or reply to my text message.

Excellent responsiveness! <br /> Part was back ordered though and we didn't find out until we called looking for the repair time. <br /> We ended up waiting another week but they provided us with a  loaner TV which was very thoughtful and appreciated. <br /> Two parts were needed which cost more but we have not had an issue since. <br /> The professional attitude and the cheerful smile was a terrific plus. <br /> We have a special needs son and "no TV" is a nightmare for him. <br /> He enjoys SpongeBob. He wiggled through the 14 days but it was tough.! <br /> I would use this company again. <br /> Very nice, very professional and fit well with our busy household. <br /> Very easy to work with! <br />

What a great technician. After checking all power settings he said that resoldering the video card may or may not work but sometimes this is a solution. So I authorized the work and it was done in short order. This worked and now the tv is fine. I appreciate his honesty and being upfront about the possibility of the repair not working. He was prompt and courteous. <br />

He did a wonderful job! He was here exactly when he said he would be here.

Called ahead, very courteous and quickly found the problem, $100 labor charge seemed reasonable to me for service call and half hour or so to rebuild power supply.

They were punctual and do in home repairs or pick it up and drop it off for you. They complete the work in a timely fashion and are really professional. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
