This was the first time that we used this company. The work they performed was fine, but I was appalled at their lack of professionalism. We needed them to replace our doorbell, which had gone out. We called to schedule the appointment. When they arrived, they called us through the system rather than use the gate code for our community that we provided or call the contact number we provided. When they didn't arrive on time, I called them back - and provided the gate code again. They then showed up, diagnosed the issue, and fixed our doorbell. However, when the bill arrived, they had added an extra $100 in "labor" because they couldn't get through gate the first time. (And, they sent us an invoice with a due date that was roughly a week before it arrived.) Needless to say, we won't be using them again - and will warn our neighbors not to use them.

He and his men did a wonderful job and even came back sooner than expected to get electricity through everything (I needed to move in as soon as possible). I dug my own trench for the conduit and let him know I wanted to keep the costs low. He worked with me beautifully and I couldn't be happier!

Went very well. Took less time than estimated. Converted two, unused 60 amp circuits to three, 20A each. Installed small circuit breaker boxes in finished crawl space then ran wires to new circuit boxes and then ran outlets from the boxes. This was L&C's idea to make it easier if more circuits are needed in the future.

They arrived when they said they would, were responsive to our preferences, handled some changes in plans with professionalism and understanding, double-checked that the details for what they planned to do was what we were expecting and cleaned up so you'd never know they were here. Job was done in less than 2 days and our house has been transformed by the new lighting. We would definitely call them first for any further work we'd like done.

Service was great. Knew what they were doing, friendly. Not an easy task due to the height of ceiling. Had contractor in prior who could not diagnose. These guys were quick to determine issue, bring in specialized ladder to get to the base of fan, and then fixed quickly. Relived to have found guys I felt comfortable to fix and not worry if I was getting charged for something that wasn't needed, or for bad service.

L & C Electric promptly responded to me at all stages of the work - from initial contact, to visit for estimate, to the actual work. The actual time between my initial contact to them to when the work was done was about 1 week. That is incredible response time for residential electrician work. They quickly assessed the work, explained to me in clear detail what the work would entail, and the provided estimate was exactly what was charged. On the day of the work, they showed up exactly at the provided time, got to work, and were done in less than 3 hours. L &C Electric was very professional throughout and cleaned up the site perfectly when completed. <br /> <br /> We will definitely use them again for electrical needs. Highly recommended.

The C an L team was amazing. The sale of my home got hung up on dated electrical equipment. When another electrician failed to show for a scheduled appointment, I contacted C and L. They were at the house the following day to assess the job. As soon as the electrical company could cut power to the house (24hours later), Shaun and crew were at work. They were punctual, courteous and got a big job done quickly. They cleaned up a messy, ancient bit of wiring that has allowed the sale one the house to go forward. They were immediately responsive to my request and completely professional on the job site. And did I mention it was 105 degrees? L & C provided excellent service. The were punctual and very professional. They sent two electricians. Both displayed excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable and found out what was causing each issue very quickly. Repairs were made and tested to ensure everything was working properly. Shaun informed me all that was needed was to tighten a screw on the neutral bar until it contacted the metal frame of the electrical panel. I was able to do this myself thus avoiding a service call. He graciously gave this advice over the phone free of charge. <br />
