Louis was excellent. He responded right away to my Angie's list request and came up to Santa Fe to give a quote the next day. Louis quoted us well below our previous quotes and we are very happy with the heating system he put in. While he was here he also cleaned up an open vent that was left by a previous contractor. I would highly recommend LC Heating and Cooling.

LC showed up as promised. Worked efficiently and were careful to explain exactly what was being performed. Louis, the owner, personally explained everything, was careful to wear a masks while in the house, a very good communicator, outgoing, friendly but professional. Very pleased with the work that he performed. One thing i really liked is that he did not promise to be the cheapest but his prices are reasonable.

It could not have gone better. I have 2 coolers on a pitched metal roof. Very few places will even get on my roof. Also, not everyone will drive out to Tijeras. L. C. scheduled my shutdown very quickly, showed up promptly, and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. This is a military friendly company and had a great conversation about fishing and baseball. Can't wait to use this company again!

Contractor had to come twice. Spent a fair amount of time trying to fix the problem and after 2 visits the problem still remained. Had to call a more experienced company to do the job. I try to never leave bad reviews but I spent three hundred and fifty dollars on contractor and he never fixed it. You should choose someone else.
