Daniel's work was excellent. Took a partially finished basement damaged by a flood and turned it into a fully finished basement. Work included installing a full kitchen with granite countertops. Everything on time and within budget. I'd definitely hire him again.

Let me say 1st how very patient Daniel was with the decision of doing major remodeling and renovation to my parents home. After my Dad passed away My mom was very interested in changing the look of the because it reminded her so much of my dad. We talked to Daniel for an entire year. Daniel stopped by each time we had questions and concerns. When my mother had questions he took the time to make sure she knew who he was and while they did the worked in the house they made certain that those who worked for him were held accountable for making sure that the home was secure when they left for the day. The Home was Built-in 1938. We wanted the craftsmanship of the home to stay intact while updating the aesthetics of the home and doing major renovation to the kitchen in bathroom area. The work and workmanship was impeccable. Daniel and his team took into consideration everything we wanted. They incorporated a new vibrant upper scaled remodel. They did that and so much more. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

I originally hired Daniel to perform a first floor kitchen remodel which included opening up the first floor with a more open concept floor plan. And adding a kitchen island. The project went smoothly and I was so taken by the final look that I had him come back to update three bathrooms, as well as, a complete remodel the basement. The house now has a more contemporary/ modern appearance and I receive compliments often. His price points for the individual projects were fair. I found him to be not as pricey as some and a bit higher than others. The workmen were polite, cleaned up daily before leaving and very repectful of my wishes. If I had to list a con it would be that one or two of the projects were not completed on schedule. Each being off by about a week. Overall, I would hire him again and have referred him to several friends and family members.

L’Daniels is great. Much appreciation for starting and ending jobs on time and as agreed. Completed multiple work jobs for me both at my private residence and rental properties. When drywall Became seriously wet and there was a fear of mold, L’Daniels sent a team out almost immediately to resolve and safely remove. Painting, of living areas, all work done professionally. When I requested to have the window seal wood replace, they recommended PVC as an alternative. All work done with excellent results. Where finding excellent contractors is often ann issue, I came across a GEM that I will continue to use. B-E

I thought it was well just to realize the next day that work was horrible and I have pictures to prove it. Roof don’t align didnt use all screws. Door coming apart and it was installed less than a month. Let me just say he was learning as he was reading the shed manual. As a professional if u see something is not right like the base is not level let the owner know that’s your job/ your profession. And he lied he will come back and fix it after blaming me. But no thanks I don’t want him back. Just high bigger company with Real experience. Very disappointed but lesson learned.

Contractor did everything he said he would when he said he would and faster than he said he would great guys any work I need done to my house from now on will be done by these guys
