L & D have been cleaning my house for the last five years. They are thorough, respectful of my home, flexible, professional and trustworthy. Their team of usually three people do all I previously mentioned and more. I love how clean my home looks and feels after they've cleaned. I'm always amused when I see that they've folded my toilet paper in neat little triangles. Our household is comprised of two adults, a messy toddler, a crumb dropping preschooler and a cat that sheds profusely, which you'd almost never know when L &D are done. I'd happily recommend them.

We have attempted to discuss this with the cleaners, but they seem to think we are the problem and are being unrealistic. The actual problem is that they are not willing to accept any responsibility for what they have done. <br />

A few weeks ago, Land D did an intensive cleaning of our home, moving furniture, cleaning under around over getting every bit of dust out of the house. The windows were cleaned and it looked like there was no glass they were so clean. The women worked hard and continuously for ten hours. Our home has never been this clean. They brought their own supplies and equipment. They will come every other week and keep the house looking sharp. The women are very pleasant and industrious. They charge a flat fee per hour that is reasonable especially given the quality and volume of work performed. HIGHLY REOMMENDED! <br />

I am beyond impressed with their cleaning services. We moved into the house and had a different local company perform a deep cleaning and then bi-weekly cleanings after that. After their last visit, I walked around the house and took 19 pictures of areas they missed that they are supposed to clean. I cancelled the service that day and emailed Land D. They came out to the house the very next day and you could see that they were also unimpressed with the cleaning that had been performed the day before. I took that as a good sign that they wouldn't be satisfied unless things were really clean. <br /> I opted to start with a deep cleaning of the house and the 3 workers were there for almost 8 hours on Saturday. There was nothing untouched and surfaces literally sparkle! The floors look amazing - better than when we viewed the house before purchasing. Based on the quality of the cleaning, the price was more than fair -- certainly not cheap but so worth it. They cleaned parts that the prior service never touched and yet the cost was similar. The ladies who came were friendly and professional and had no problem with our dogs. I can't wait to have them back. I would recommend them to anyone. <br />

Based on reviews on Angie's list, over a year ago we arranged for Land D Cleaning to perform a deep clean of our house. They spent the whole day cleaning every part of the house and did an excellent job. Our house hadn't looked this good for years! For example, try as we might we had never been able to remove all the stains in the bathtub and had contemplated replacing it. They cleaned it so well that, (I'm not exaggerating) it looks like new! <br /> Since then, they've cleaning our house every four weeks and are continuing to do a good job. They're very accommodating in changing the scheduled date if necessary. They are, nice, friendly and courteous and I would not hesitatate to recommend them to anyone. By the way, I am remiss in not having posted a review earlier. <br />

My initial email inquiry was quickly responded to. L and D patiently worked with me as I delayed appointment after appointment due to construction delays. When we finally set the date, they were right on time. Not a nook or cranny was left untouched as they moved all the furniture, plants area rugs etc, and cleaned every surface of my home. Everything is truly spotless and we are thrilled with the results. <br />

I called and left a message which was returned the following day. I was told they had an opening the afternoon of the next day. I came hope at 12:30 to let them in and the three ladies arrived right on schedule. I went back to work while they cleaned. They were in the house for 6 hours, working very hard the entire time. They were very professional, and seemed to work very well as a team. I have no complaints whatsoever. They exceeded my expectations and I'm delighted with the results. <br />

L and D cleaning came and did an estimate at my house on Christmas Eve. I was so impressed with their team and their services. I had my first deep clean on (1/7/12) and have them clean my house bi-weekly. The first deep clean takes a long time and the price can add up but it is SO WORTH IT. Now they come every other week and clean my house and I could not be happier. You cannot go wrong with L and D cleaning!!

I contacted Land D Cleaning Service and heard back from them within an hour after contact, and scheduled a meeting. We met and discussed what type of service I was looking for and what they provided. I found them to be not only punctual and professional, but also very personable and accommodating. I felt that they understood my needs, and I scheduled for them to come back to do their initial deep clean. Every inch of my home was scrubbed, top to bottom. Closets and cupboards emptied and cleaned thoroughly. Even the China cabinet was emptied and cleaned. My house sparkled like a new penny when they were finished. I was (and am still) very impressed. After that initial clean, I have them come every 2 weeks, with the same sparkle in my home when they are done. My home has never been cleaner and I am so happy we connected through Angie's List I have recommended Land D Cleaning Service to several friends, and will continue to do so should anyone need a future recommendation.

I called Land D cleaning Services after finding them here on Angie's List and left a message with their voice mail. My called was returned within an hour by Neide. I told her that I was looking to have a one time floor to ceiling cleaning of my house. She was more then happy to make an appointment to come by to access the job and give me an estimate. She and her mother came over and they were very friendly and pleasant. Neide is the manager of the business and her mom and 2 other women do the cleaning. Well they came yesterday to do the job and I couldn't have been happier with their work. My house has never looked better! My kitchen appliances look like new again, all my bathrooms were spot less. The windows, walls and woodwork were shining and the list goes on. They did a great job. Their work was very thorough and detail oriented and they come highly recommended! I also want to mention, they bring all their own cleaning products too! They did such a wonderful job, now I want them to come once a month!!

Land D has been our weekly house cleaners for years - at least 8! Their work is thorough and detailed. They are always prompt, have been willing to occasionally change a date or time if my schedule required it. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats but our home never looks like animals share our space. I could never keep up without their loyal dedication I often work from home on the day they come and my cleaners are quiet and so respectful. They have access to our home on days I work and I completely trust them. Land D is completely trustworthy and I could not imagine having another company cleaning for us. They are impeccable and I could not recommend them more highly. You will be delighted. Give them a try! You will look no further.
