I had an excellent experience with L&D Painting and Remodeling. Leonel, the owner, came out the same day I called to look at the rotted wood around my chimney. He gave me a fair quote on the spot, and within two days he was already starting the job. He replaced all the damaged wood with new siding, carefully caulked every crease, and painted it a beautiful espresso color. His work was clean, detailed, and professional from start to finish. Leonel kept great communication with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. It’s been a bit since the job was completed, and the chimney still looks great. I highly recommend L&D Painting and Remodeling for anyone needing reliable, professional home repair or painting services.

They just got done replacing my glass in a living room window they were really quick and are life savers! The photos I posted are when my window got broken and after they fixed it. Huge difference

Leonel came out the very next day to reconnect my plumbing. He did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with his work. I will definitely be back for future projects.

Leo’s work is professional! He was honest about what he did and protected our floors/furniture while he worked. When doing the consultation with us, Leo pointed out areas that needed repair and would give us the best results. I’m so glad that he is a man of his word and cared about the outcome as much as we did. He was on time each day and would give an update at the end of the day with his progress. This job was finished on time with no problems. My husband and I were/still are happy about the work that was done.

L&D was very responsive. They were at our house within a day to look at the job and provide an estimate (this was on a THursday). Friday we gave them the job. Monday they purchased supplies and Tuesday they started the job. They were done in 2.5 days. The team was very knowledgeable and skilled. The quote was reasonable for the effort, which required a lot of specialized carpentry work to fit the hardee board in an angle along each side of our garage door.

Work started immediately, and they were very quick to bring up issues with the job so that there weren't delays. Kept me updated the whole time on the work. End product was great. We had to negotiate the price a bit, but wasn't difficult to get to a fair price. Would be great if this contractor offered a competitive price first time around. That was my only issue.

Leo and crew were great and cordial. Cleaned up all their mess. Very confident and professional.

We were getting our house ready to be put on the market for sale and needed a lot of work done. One of the owners, Leo, personally listened to what we wanted and wasn’t intimidated by a big job. Leo understood what we wanted and was respectful of the fact that we wanted to stay within a stated budget to get the job done. He was honest about what he could and could not do within the budget and made appropriate recommendations to achieve our goals. We had the entire interior and exterior of the house painted, drywall work, ceiling repair, back yard fence repair and stain, carpet laid throughout the house, garage floor epoxy coating, new bathroom and wall fixtures installed, a new screen door and a few other things. L&D Painting & Remodeling handled every aspect of the job professionally and the workmanship was top notch. Additionally, Leo and his staff went over and above, working late into the night, to deliver the completed job in a very short turnaround because we wanted to put our house on the market ASAP. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend L&D Painting and Remodeling to anyone who wants fast and quality work at a fair price!!

These guys where a one stop shop. Fixed some tile, fresh paint, new gutters and installed a new door. On time, worked late and job completed quickly with no lack of quality.

It went well; was delayed for a couple of days but i am very satisfied.

They had P&G paint consultants help us to decide what colors would look best on our house. This helped tremendously to get the contrast between siding, trim and fascia. Leonel and his team worked well together and did an excellent job. Our house looks much better now. We look forward to working with L&D on future projects.

Very well. L&D was prompt and professional, and they went above and beyond (at no additional cost) when the damage was more extensive than it looked at first. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

When Lionel and his crew arrived they worked with conscience; there was no nails on the driveway and the roof looks really nice. He replaced the attic vents. I'll be care free for the roof now that it's new. While he replaced the roof he saw that some fascia boards needed to be replaced because they were rotten and a piece of eave that was not put on correctly. He also painted them because we had not painted in 10 years. we are glad he told us about it since we didn't have the slightest idea. We appreciate leonel for sharing his knowledge.
