A call was placed via 2-10 HBW on a Wednesday and the service call was assigned to Chesapeake Appliance Company. I was told they would come by late Thursday. I received a call from them stating “it was too late, and that traffic was bad, etc. or words to that effect. I was offered Saturday being the “first service call of morning and they did not arrive. In fact, on or around 10:24 AM, I received a call from the technician and was told he was “under the weather” and that he would now come out on Sunday around 9:30 am. After reviewing their service record via the “reviews” I found how unreliable they are (something I will take up litigiously via with possible class action with 2-10 HBW). As a result of their unreliability : • An “F” rating will be given via Angie’s List • An “F” rating will be given via HomeAdvisor • They have lost my patronage completely • As President of my HOA, I am recommending this company be black-listed via other warranty Companies and personal service call requests. In short, this company is requested to STAY AWAY from my community. And please, I would ask this company to spare me from the repetitive apologetic soliloquies that reflect on all responses to their reviews. No replies are needed or warranted.
