The first thing everyone should know is that you have to haggle. The first price quote was highly overinflated. The final price made it worthwhile. Second, the actual project was subcontracted and I imagine that there is some variance in quality. I was happy with the work I saw and the gutters I can see. The project was completed very quickly.

Quickly responded to my request to have an estimate completed for 50' of metal roof gutters installed. Installers were in the area so gutters were installed in that afternoon for a fair cost.

I am very happy with the product and with the installation experience. The quoting/sales experience is high pressure. Their pricing is not transparent and they want you to sign right away to get a discount. You need to be a good negotiator. Get some other quotes first, so you know what price is good. The installation was done by a sub-contractor but they did a great job, all neat and tidy.

No, they just came out last Wednesday on the 25th, and it just were great to work with, really responsive, and they were fast to get Get the work done.

After negotiating a really good price for installing gutter guards they came out the following day and did a very professional job. I like the warranty and service was ideal.

Josh came to my house and gave me a quote for 2 new downspouts. He was very gracious and polite and gave me a quote of $520.00. I accepted the quote. Two lovely gentlemen came and installed new, though extraordinarily cheap, downspouts. (I paid by check). Josh said he would reconfigure the downspouts so they wouldn?t leak. When the gentlemen came and finished their job, they were in the exact same place. I mentioned this to the laborers and they said Josh never mentioned any changes. The installation occurred on Friday and I e-mailed Josh at jcarney2525@gmail.com on Tuesday and let him know what happened. That was almost a week ago and no reply. I still have leaks from the new, though cheap, downspouts. I?m out $520.00.

The people installing did great work and so far the gutters have done a great job. Did not like the salesperson who came to do the initial quote- kind of sexist and pushy. His sales pitch was very long and actually had the opposite effect of making us think there may be something off about the product if he was trying so hard- almost didn’t do it because of him.

The representative sent to my house went above and beyond to help me complete this project. He really listened to the issues I was having and was able to come up with a solution that would work.

They competed the job but had some issues, they were late and not the most professional, I think it was a subcontracted out. I am not sure if I would refer to others due to lack of professionalism but the materials used are good.
