They came when they told us they would which is appreciated these days. Their price was higher than other but we liked that they were responsive, punctual and had good reviews. We had an issue within 1 day and they came back out to fix it right away. This would’ve been avoidable if they would’ve replaced the parts with new(Which for the price would be kind of expected) instead of using the old parts. It’s now a few weeks later and we’ve noticed a section of grass dying. When we went to investigate we found that the electrical wires weren’t all hooked up on the one section and that’s why our grass was dying, because they weren’t connected. So that’s frustrating. Over all we like them as people but aren’t quite as happy with the work for the price.

We usually double-check wiring on any valve installation or repair that we do from the irrigation controller. As we weren't able to check from the irrigation controller due to the lack of access to your controller, we have decided that we should advise our clients of this. Moving forward we will call and leave a message to either have the client double-check that all valves are indeed working from the controller or make another appointment to come back at a time when the clients are home and/or available. We did check manually from the valves themselves and all seemed to be working well. We always strive to add something positive from each opportunity to learn ways to improve."

Very well. They had to troubleshoot the entire system to find the break in the underground wiring, done by contractors from a previous visit. Then repair it and wire in a new controller and even help adjust sprinkler heads. All in all we’re Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend

It was a wonderful experience with them. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. I would absolutely recommend them. They transformed the backyard and I cant even believe its our own backyard. They did an underground irrigation system or us and just came out and put in an irrigation timer so they can control the times the system comes on for us. Also, we were building a pickle-ball court in our backyard and decided to change the landscaping around it with this provider.

Excellent, timely professional showed up as promised and completed the work in a better then expected timeframe. Always kept us up to date and followed up on the planting of my grass. Would highly recommend for Landscaping at a reasonable price and professional work.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THEY DID THE JOB AND THE WORK WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND WITHIN THE BUDGET. I DIDN'T INTERACT WITH THEM MUCH, BUT THEY SEEMED LIKE HARD WORKING GUYS.
