They did an excellent job within the time period. We are so happy with the job. The price is also fair to other companies. We can hire Aaron 100 times... He is very polite, knows his job, and efficient.

We had a really great experience with Aaron and Leafy Lawns. I submitted a request to have sod installed plus extra work required (old retaining wall removed) in our backyard and Aaron responded same day with a roundabout estimate. He then came out the next day after completing another job, measured accurately, and put together a formal quote. He also made a recommendation on the grass (Zoysia) that I was not considering due to my own lack of knowledge of maintenance and the shade throughout the backyard. As I was getting other quotes, he was very responsive when I had any questions and communicated open dates that his team would be available. After I received the other quotes, I chose Arron due to his knowledge of grass, his responsiveness and professionalism, his friendly and tolerant manner, and his price came in lower or comparable compared to other quotes that lacked all of the above qualities. My point is that it was an easy decision to choose Leafy Lawns over the other quotes. The job took roughly 13-14 hours spread out over a two day period. Aaron’s crew did an amazing job in removing the old grass/weeds, adding additional soil where needed, and cleaning up all debris. On sod installation day, Aaron and crew arrived bright and early (7:30am or so) and completed the job by 1pm EST. Aaron provided an exact estimate on the amount of grass needed and we covered every bit of ground we wanted to cover without needing additional. He organized all debris to be removed from the premises on the day the sod was installed. We were amazed at how great our yard looked after Aaron and his crew left and are still in awe of how we lucked out in choosing the right company for the job. I’ve also waited two weeks to write this review to ensure that everything with the grass was as promised after it’s been installed. Aaron’s Zoysia recommendation has worked great and our yard looks terrific. We’ve followed Aaron’s watering instructions since the install and have noticed that Zoysia was the perfect grass choice given the dry and hot conditions this summer. We will be hiring Aaron again soon for additional projects and can’t emphasize enough the enjoyment that our family had working with him. Aaron, from Leafy Lawns, actually came over the same day I called, looked at the area where we needed sod and gave me a verbal quote at our meeting and followed up with a written quote. Leafy Lawns arrived the next day to lay the sod at the designated time, laid the sod in a timely manner, cleaned up as they went along and left us with a beautiful addition to our yard. They were extremely professional, punctual, reasonably priced and did an excellent job for us! We would highly recommend Leafy Lawns!

Excellent. Aaron exceeded my expectations again. He showed up the next day (weekends work best for us) and completely gutted our front yard overgrowth, trimmed landscape and hauled it away. In the back, he removed so much ivy, weeds, shrubs and dead fence that I do not even recognize our yard. It's great! Now we can work on putting grass down for the kids. He listens to what I want and does more than I think I need :). The men rarely took a break and are very respectful. Price is competitive and top notch quality.

I've worked with Aaron on a couple of projects and have been very impressed with his work, timely communication, and professionalism. We love our new patio and would definitely recommend GCS to anyone looking to have concrete work done.

They scheduled the job for within a few days of my request, arrived on time and did a very nice job laying the new sod.

Aaron and the rest of the Leafylawns team did a fabulous job. They installed 10 pallets of sod, 2 pallets of pebbles, and several shrubs. He is very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and is an effective communicator with both the client and his crew. We had some unexpected inclement weather (i.e. it poured all day) but it didn’t stop them from doing a great job. We are very pleased with the work and I feel confident that we would highly recommend Leafylawns to anyone looking for landscaping work.

Excellent! Prep was done the day before and concrete pad installed next day. Added a basketball goal the following weekend - bonus kids are outside more with less time spent on video games. The team did an great job and was very professional.

Aaron designed and installed a drainage system to stop the soil run off on our property. The system works perfectly and we are very happy with the end result. Aaron always took the time to explain how his design would work and answer any questions. The crew was professional and polite.

Aaron and his team were very professional, his communication was excellent and frequent. He went above and beyond to do a great job and we are very pleased with the result. Note: in the photos, the part of the yard not sodded is by our choice so we can mulch later. We laid a line that we wanted the new sod to run up to and he fit it perfectly.

We are very pleased with the job the company did. There were enough workers to complete the job on time and in a satisfactory manner.

Since we didn't have a landscape plan, we were able to work in stages to see the plan through. Demo, building the wall, adding the boulders, building the steps and then adding the landscape was something that we discussed daily and we participated in boulder and plant selection. Aaron and team made it easy, we took it day by day. We overran our original budget through choices we made, and even then they looked for ways to save us additional money. Very proud of the job we did (as a team).

Aaron and the whole Leafy Lawns team did an amazing job on our yard! Our lot required a deep makeover after years of deferred maintenance. Aaron came up with an elegant design that fit our property, neighborhood, and, most importantly, budget. His team was consistently pleasant and professional. With so much to fix, it was wonderful to have a single service that could address new sod, plants, fencing, retaining walls, and optimization of our existing sprinkler system, with straight forward billing and no inter-vendor squabbles. When unexpected weather impacted our yard, Aaron's team quickly addressed the issues to protect our investment. We are extremely happy with our new yard, and have already received multiple compliments from our neighbors.

Leafy Lawns did a very nice job from the beginning of the project through project completion. They communicated very well upfront and provided an estimate that was within a plausible range of actual cost. Leafy Lawns did a good job at coordinating all components of the project and was able to execute our project in just over 1 day, which was wonderful to have a large project complete in very little time. From initial contact with Leafy Lawns to project completed took less than 1 week. I plan on using this landscaper for future work and landscape projects.

Aaron is a genuinely nice man. He made it easy with our work schedules to schedule an estimate and the work ASAP, but most importantly he was upfront about details and when they encountered an unexpected increase in materials, he did not add to his quote. The attention and concern he gives to each job, no matter the size, is why he is so successful. Following our sod installation, part of Aaron's crew came back for a total yard clean up...killing weeds, hauling leaves and laying pine straw. They work hard and it shows. Working with Leafy Lawns was a pleasure! Aaron is very friendly, explains everything well (to a landscape iliterate), his price was very competitive and he checked up on us/the lawn for several days afterwards. He did an AWESOME job. All the cars passing by slowed down and Were admiring his finished showpiece.. I have a fairly large corner lot . He did a gorgeous section up by Front door and also corner by street & On side of house in large area by property line.

They did a very beautiful and professional job and welcomed my input on the placement of the plants.
