Very fair pricing. Eric and his team were punctual, thorough and respectful throughout the 2 day project. They answered my questions and concerns and communicated clearly about everything that was done. They walked me through the finished area and made sure everything was cleaned up to my liking before they left.

I want people to know about this man Eric Hess. This was the most awful job, they started tearing off my roof July 17, 2018 and by Sept 15 2018 had not finished. I have 5000.00 damage to the inside of my home and over 4,000.00 dollars to the outside of my home from water damage to dropping debris damage. He was paid almost 12,000.oo and walked away with out finishing the job. He left my house in shambles he put nail wholes through metal fascia I had to replace all of it. He won't respond to his own insurance company about my claim. I just want compensation for damages and to finish the job he left. My front porch had debris dropped on it he gouged the railings and knocked lights off. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had. I want him stopped since he doesn't think he needs to make things right!!!!!

The entire job went excellent from start to finish. He even hosed by basement floor down at the end of the job

Leahe Development came out the next day after calling them to give me an estimate on fixing the water leak. Once over here they noticed the lose floor tile and mold on the pipes, which were also asbestos. They gave me a quote for fixing the water leak and gave me recommendations on the mold and floor tile. I then asked them if I should have them test the asbestos and mold. They stated that there was no need to test the mold as it was obviously visible. The same was stated about the asbestos pipe wrap but that if I wanted I could have it tested. The floor tile was a 9x9 and they stated that it and the glue that holds it down were probably asbestos as well and to confirm that they were they would take samples and have it tested if I wanted. They are licensed in Asbestos Testing and removal as well as licensed in Mold testing and removal and assessment. I told them to go ahead and test for the floor tile and glue. Results came back in two days and they gave me a quote to remove the floor tile, glue and the asbestos wrap on the pipes (which had mold on them). They gave me the estimate the very next day which I thought was very fast and I appreciated their timeliness. I checked around with two more asbestos companies to get a quote and one never showed up and the other ones price for the same work was almost twice that of Leahe Development. I hired Leahe Development to do the work and when they were done I was glad I hired them as they were there every day from the day they arrived until the job was done. They picked up the area every day before they left and left the area much cleaner then when they started. They had me back together in seven days from the day they started the job. The workers were very friendly and courteous. I was and am happy I hired Leahe Development and would definitely recommend them to others.

We were very impressed with Leahe Development Inc for our mold problem in our attic. After contacting another well known company first and having them not follow through I called Eric at Leahe Development. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Eric came out and sprayed on the day he promised and did an amazing job on our attic. He was very thorough. I highly recommend this company. I am attaching before and after photos for reference.

Eric Hess of Leahe Develpment arrived on schedule and immediately called me to report that the work done was shoddy and much of the asbestos had not been removed. He and my real estate agent took photos to document this. Based on Mr. Hess's report, I refused to pay the asbestos remover contractor and was sued in small claims court. Mr. Hess agreed without hesitation to appear as a voluntary witness, and I think his testimony was the main reason that the court found in my favor. I surely could not have asked for more in an asbestos inspector.
