Very courteous. He worked so quietly, I could hardly even tell he was here. Clean up was good as well. Very organized and only made 1, maybe 2 trips to his truck. This faucet was a little more complex than the previous one, but he figured it out with no problem. He sent the invoice through email which was convenient. He did this work on Saturday, which I thought was impressive. Very young plumber, but he already has well over 10 years of experience.
