We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again.

Jerry came out and did the repair. Finished in one day. We paid $9100. He guaranteed labor for 15 years and materials for 50. Less than a year and a half later, the rubber roof is peeled back the length of the roof. We called Jerry and asked him to come out and take a look at it. He arranged a day and time but never showed. He is telling us wind and rain caused it to peel. He also said he has 20 other roofs with the same problem. He told us to call Home Owners Insurance. He said he was sorry for the inconvenience, told me this was an act of God and to have a blessed day. I would like to submit photos and a video of the roof.

We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns.

The timing worked out great that Jerry was able to swing by later the day I called for an estimate. The job was small and he was able to squeeze it in within a week. Contrary to his warning during the estimate, I'm unable to tell the difference between the new and old shingles. The vent is back to being properly attached and the shingles around it look seamless. I didn't need to be around for the actual work, so I couldn't imagine the process being any less painless.

we had this leak for 5+ years and two roofing companies were hired that could never resolve it. Jerry's returned our call right away, was very professional and sent two guys out to take a look. we filed a claim with insurance company and jerry was instrumental in helping us get all the funding from them. They day of the job his guys were on time and did a great job. They spent all day addressing the issues and it is now bone dry. I would highly recommend Jerry.

Excellent. Work was done in a professional manner. They were extremely conscientious. We have horses on property and they made sure all remnants, scraps and most importantly nails were picked up at the end of each day! Quality of work was excellent. Jerry runs a very professional group and would hire again and highly recommend.

LeakMasters was one of three bids we received. Jerry was responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He got on the roof, his measurements and estimates were spot on, he provided us with options for shingles, ventilation, and warranties. He always answered our questions thoroughly and followed up diligently. Once we agreed to the terms, we went forward very quickly. Jerry's large and experienced crew arrived early on a Saturday and the new roof was installed and the property thoroughly cleaned by 2:30pm. Amazing! And the roof is wonderful. We'd hire Jerry again and recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

I have a 28x72 ft rood with theee peaks in the front and this crew came at 730 and left at seven thirty with the complete removal of old roofing and new roofi g complete with roof ridges and ice and water shield, new boots for vent pipes and new edging. The grounds were clean. The crew was fantastic. I am so satisfied with the job, people that have come over tell me it's a great job, edging is all even and tight to the end of the roof. I had three quotes amd these people were the lowest of any. I would highly recommend this company and crew for any roofing needs.

Jerry was very professional and responsive. He helped us out with a roof repair and replacing some siding and door framing on our house. I was happy with the work. He even did his best to match the exterior paint after we realized that the prior owners had not left any extra behind. We definitely would work with him again.

From start to finish Jerry Boutin was the most professional roofer that I have ever met. From the very first day he was concerned with my problem and made it his. The are professionals in aspects of their trade, workmanship, quality, and safety. DON'T look at big guys with fancy advertisement as I did and got stuck with a roof that was ready to collapse. CALL JERRY AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTMENT. They worked 7 days a week around bad weather and we NEVER HAD A DROP OF WATER IN MY HOME.
