Very fast knew what he was doing with siding

I have called home advisor before but this is the only time anyone has responded. However tricity was fabulous.

He wanted $300 dollars we agreed on $200 for a job that took him exactly 2 minutes it should have been $100 would have been fair but he said he had to split it with the owner of tri county they were very nice but way over priced to tac up one small corner of a siding with two nails

For the work the cost was to much. But needed it done.

I'm not sure how it all works, but a very nice man from Tri-County Roofing & Siding came to my house to look at what needed to be done. He recommended a guy, who I believe he sources certain jobs to; his name was Ron Malosh of Malosh Services. The original guy, whose name I unfortunately forget, took photos of the damage and explained the issue. Ron later came out to look for himself and came up with a plan. While I never actual met Ron because I was never home when he was working, he was very professional and courteous on the phone. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great. I am thankful to both men for their solid work.

Did not fix the problem

Bob was delayed in coming out to inspect the roof, but once he arrived, he performed the inspection needed and then was able to go ahead and complete the required repairs that same day. Bob did the job at the price agreed upon and the roof has held up after at least one heavy rain. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Bob was able to fix a roof leak that had baffled roofers for years.

Bob and Gary were very upfront and bent over backwards to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. They were easy to work with and spent a lot of time walking us through the process.

Reasonable estimate and work done quickly and efficiently.

With first storm, some of the shingles were in the backyard. Ignored repeated calls to finish the trim on the project too.

Bob had just come back from vacation the day I contacted him, and he wound up coming out the same evening, doing a thorough inspection, and staying several hours to do the work right then and there. His estimate was reasonable, and he was great to work with. There's a big storm coming tomorrow, so that will be the test, but we're very happy with Tri-County so far!
