<p>Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.</p> <p>If you ever have an opportunity to work with Lee Dickerson & Son, please do so.  You will not regret it.</p> <br />

<p>Lee and his crew were set to start April 30th.  He called and said they would be able to start 2 days earlier on April 28th if that was okay with us.  They showed up promptly at 8:00 AM every working day and departed at 4:00 PM.  Debris was cleaned up each day.  Work was finished in a timely manner<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>.  We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly on the follow up before our final payment with no problem.  </p> <p>   We will use him again on future projects.</p> <br />

Lee Dickerson installed a new addition to our 12 yr. old home. It is a sunroom, but also an extension of our family room. We were very pleased with the work performed by Lee Dickerson & Sons. The job went smoothly from our first meeting to completion. Lee Dickerson has tons of experience in his field and was especially helpful with ideas that we hadn't thought of. His crew did an amazing job of keeping the job site clean each day. We were completely satisfied with this company and I would highly recommend them.

Henry product. The builder did not want to do custom work.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I designed the patio and sent it to Lee Dickerson. He emailed it to his mason who had a price in a few days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The client was called with the price and the next day he called to give the "go ahead".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It took about 2 weeks for the material to arrive. When it did the mason did the work in one day. The job went smoothly from proposal to finish.   Lee Dickerson personally met with us on July 1 to brainstorm on the possibilities for this project and had a follow-up personal meeting with us a week later to arrive at final design decisions.  We signed the contract on July 8 and were expecting the work to be completed before the end of July.  They found they had a week open the week of July 15 - the heat wave week - and called to see if that would work for us, so we took that.   They brought materials in on the 15th and did the prep work of clearing land around the work site, which was seriously overgrown.  They began construction on July 16th, and in spite of a horrifically hot week, worked steadily to complete the deck, railings, and roof by the end of the week.   They had enough people on site with varying skills to get the job completed and everyone was busy for the entire time they were here.  Lee Dickerson worked right along with his team of skilled professionals.   Mr Dickerson brought in an electrician and person to do gutters on the entire house at a very reasonable price (included in above cost) so we were able to get the finishing touches done the following Monday, July 22.   The crew was pleasant and they talked to us whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss some aspect of the job.   The were all knowledgeable about the overall job.   The job site was kept clean of trash daily , and at the end of the job, they cleaned up everything they had brought, and washed down the deck for us.   We had one very minor problem which was not noticeable to us or them when we inspected the job with them at the end before we paid the final bill and that was fixed soon after job completion.   We were home during construction, but felt comfortable leaving at any time. Overall,  I would highly recommend Lee Dickerson & Sons and would have them do work for me in the future when the need arises.
