Everything was good but I'm still waiting for my warranty.  I have called them 3 times about it.  The clean up was great.

Lefever installed our roof 10 yrs ago and we noted some lifted shingles. He checked re-secured a couple and assured us that the roof was still good.

We had a lot of communication with Cory before the job started to make sure we were on the same page with what we wanted to have done.  All of our phone calls and emails were returned right away.  We were on vacation when they started the job, but Cory kept us up to date with what was happening and even sent us a picture of the first day.  When we got home from vacation, we were impressed with how things went while we were gone.  They were still working on the roof and replacing the windows, and the crew was at our house early every morning and stayed late on a couple of days.  Replacing a roof is a messy job, but they kept our yard, street, and driveway clear of debris, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put away before they left each day.  The dumpster was removed the day after they were done with it.  Throughout the entire process, the crew that was working on the house was always open to answering any questions we had, and even helped us replace some siding before the gutters went on.  This was definitely a company that I would recommend to my family and friends.  From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and was handled professionally, and our house looks great!

My roof replacement project was difficult from the start as I had cantankerous renters in the house that required me to postpone the project until after the renters moved out in mid-December.  Second, I live in Oklahoma City and my project was in Delafield, Wisconsin.  So I needed a contractor that was willing to hold his price until the spring and one that I could trust to competently handle the entire project while working with me over emails and phone calls.  Cory was just what I needed. He was professional and accommodating and extremely easy to work with.  He had tough site access conditions and even volunteered to shovel the driveway of my vacated property (no charge) so he could deliver materials and get started early in the spring.  Cory sent me pictures of his progress and when 100% complete so I could verify quality and completeness prior to releasing payment.  He delivered a quality job on schedule, cleaned up and there were no surprises. His price was the lowest competitive price also so I had the best of all worlds.  I highly recommend LeFever Roofing for any project Cory is interested in bidding and intend to use him again whenever a need for his work arises.

We were pretty satisfied with their price for all the work they did. They did a good job with the clean up. They listened to some of my ideas that I had for the roof.

THE WORKMAN WERE VERY NICE AND THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO FINISHING TOUCHES. THEY CAME BACK OUT AND TOUCHED UP SOME AREAS THAT WE THOUGHT NEEDED TOUCHED UP, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT.

They were excellent (very good). I was very satisfied. Approximately a 2000 square foot home.

WORK WAS DONE WELL, ON TIME, WITH ADEQUATE CLEAN-UP, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT. WE HAD MINOR LEAKING AFTER THE JOB THAT ROOFER TRACED TO THE CHIMNEY FLASHING AND TOOK CARE OF PROMPTLY IN TWO VISITS.

CORY AND HIS CREW WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY COMPLETED THE PROJECT ON TIME AND WORKED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A ROOFING CONTRACTOR. ALSO, THEY HELPED US [MY DAD AND I] WITH OUR GARAGE ROOFING PROJECT, BY LETTING US USE THEIR TOOLS.

CORY, KEN, AND ALL THE WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON A REALLY DIFFICULT AND LARGE ROOF. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO ALL THE FINISHING DETAILS NOT ALWAYS FOUND TODAY. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE TYPE AND QUALITY OF ROOF. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR WORK. CORY TRULY TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND VALUES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
