We are very happy with our new deck. I have been in or around construction my entire life and they did an incredible job with great attention to all details. I already referred them to my neighbor and will not hesitate to refer to anyone else who needs their service.

We had a great experience with Legacy Decks. Ian and Adam did an outstanding job—professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. The attention to detail really shows, and the deck came out better than we expected.
They communicated well throughout the project, showed up when they said they would, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They kept a clean worm site m, which we appreciated!
Highly recommend Legacy Decks!

I can't say enough about Legacy Decks! Four guys, 5 days and they took down my current deck and replaced it with a Trex deck.
A more cohesive & conscientious group working together I have never met.
They were in complete harmony with each other. Did I say "harmony"? Yes , harmony.
They even re-seeded my lawn in spots that they worked.
Ian, Adam and the rest of the guys, you are a joy to watch work.
Thanks for the great deck, Peter & Priscilla.

Deck or Porch
I had been planning a deck for a few years and finally decided to move forward. Finding a reliable contractor was tougher than expected, a lot didn’t follow through or changed timelines.
Legacy Decks stood out right away. Their website had plenty of photos, which helped since I’m not great at visualizing projects. When I met Ian, he showed up on time, was professional, and walked me through options without any pressure. He was also flexible when I chose TimberTech over Trex.
They handled the permit, which made things easier. Communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and kept everything clean.
Ian and Adam suggested going with 5 ft stairs instead of 4 ft. I went with it and it made a big difference, much easier for moving grills and furniture, and it feels more open.
The deck came out great. They used high quality materials such as helical piles and decking boards for skirting and performed quality work. I’d definitely recommend them.

Deck or Porch
Met with Ian to discuss our project. He seemed professional and knowledgeable and like he was excited to work on the job. He requested a check to secure our spot in the schedule and have an engineer work on the drawing. After a few weeks, I reached out for an update and was told things were moving along and we were still on target for the start we discussed. I attempted to reach out again to see about drawings since start date was a month away. The phone number isn?t in service and no response to texts or emails. Drawings? Nope. Building permit? Nope. Money? Gone.

"Hi Susan, While the winter was a very hard time for us personally, I am sorry for the lack of communication, and am glad you were able to get your project built elsewhere. However you did get your deposit back. Wishing you all the best, thanks! Ian"

Ian and the Legacy Decks team did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck. The quality of workmanship as well as the quality of employees was exceptional. The quoted schedule was met and the job site was left tidy and clean everyday. We will be using this deck for years to come and would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Decks to anyone looking for quality work and a stress free experience.

Ian, Adam and the entire team at Legacy Decks did an absolutely incredible job rebuilding my mom’s deck. From the very beginning, Ian was professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about delivering high-quality work. The finished product is not only sturdy and safe, but beautifully crafted—it completely transformed the backyard and gave new life to the space. The crew was respectful, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Legacy Decks to anyone looking for expert craftsmanship and a team that truly cares about their work!
