They contacted me almost before I got the request completed. Scheduled within a few days, arrived by scheduled time, friendly, professional, completed replacement of leaking exterior faucet, and patiently answered my questions. Definitely calling them for any future plumbing project(s). The charge was reasonable and a great value.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Legacy Plumbing was the first to call me at 7am. They told me they had the size of water heater I needed in stock and could have it to my house by 3pm. I said great. Bring it. Technician call at 2pm and said he was on his way. Long story short. Less than 12hrs had new water and hot water. Legacy Plumbing is the best!

Very responsive in communicating with us. Erik removed our old faucet and installed the new faucet in a very timely and efficient manner. They were flexible as we needed to reschedule because the faucet we had ordered did not arrive before the time we had originally scheduled. Highly recommend Legacy.
