I called legacy and they sent over brenton Bishop. He filled out the receipt so i guess he works for them. Also he had the same phone number as the business. He asked for half and i went with him to purchase the shower. He came to my house very intermittently and wouldnt show up when he said he was going to. Sometimes it was a week until i saw him. Every time he came he asked for money for gas or food or a car payment. I started this entire process in august and here it is dec and i dont have a shower to use in my master. He cut a metal door frame too short soi had to order a new one. He told me he would be back as soon as it came in. It came in two weeks agoand i have tried everything to get in touch with him and Legacy Plumbing. No one is answering the phine or responding to my messages. I have paid all but $80 on this and i have nothing to show for it. Im furious.

"This information is entirely false and deformation of what happened, there was a hurricane that hit during the job process which slowed everything down and then the job was completed at a very reasonable rate and also wanted work at the end done for free which is not why we are in business."

He was very knowledgeable, know exactly what the problem was upon looking at it. I'm on a fixed budget , and was worried about the cost , I was very impressed that the cost was within my budget and received quality work for my money. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Outstanding plumbers , my water was shot and they came in , took the old one out and put the new one in in no time at all and everything looks and works great .
