Legado Construction

So I don’t normally leave reviews but after having such a pleasant experience with Legado Construction I felt I needed to. I contacted Melvin and Carlos in regards to repairs on an existing deck that was rotting and in need of much Repair. They were happy to give me a free quote which was reasonably priced in comparison to the other quotes that I had received. So based on reviews, their quote, which detailed the scope of work, their professionalism and their proximity to my location, I chose them for the job. As I said, I could not be happier with the outcome they repaired the deck completely putting up new railings, installing new stairs, new columns and repainting it. The job started on time and finished on time with Melvin and Carlos being hands on and professional at all times. Thanks guys.

Legado Construction did a great job restoring our deck and patio. They applied a clear stain to the deck that brought the wood back to life and also painted the concrete patio with concrete paint. Everything looks clean, refreshed, and professionally done. The team was reliable, professional, and paid attention to detail. We’re very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Legado Construction for deck restoration and exterior projects!

It went great. Everything looks and functions great. Any little "problem" that came did not slow him down at all. He took care of all the details and little things that came up. There were no surprise extra charges.

Nice working

Excellent and quality work. I have hired Legado Construction’s services for two large projects including deck remodeling and a full basement finishing. I’ve also used their services for a small project of backsplash installation, and would hire them again. I have two or three more projects that will be done by them as well. Great results and always professional.
