They quickly responded to my problem, but unfortunately there was some additional work needed. When I called them about it they were back that day and did additional repairs which fixed the problem. They could have charged me for the extra work, but they didn't and did the additional repairs as warranty. Very high business ethics. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing.

This company is the best of the best. I've used them several times for plumbing, faucet repair and a new toilet install. I was looking for a Septic Pumping Service and Legend Plumbing was coming through our area the same day and was able to get into our property and clean out our septic system since it had been 2 years and 11 months since we had our system cleaned out. The cost was reasonable and they were in and out in about 45 min to 60 min since our septic system lids are exposed and easy to access. Thank you for the excellent service.

Legend Plumbing will always be my first call for plumbing needs. Awesome response time and very happy with the outcome. First time was installing a new water heater which also added the proper safety drainage I didn't have before. This time Jesse took over my kitchen faucet project that I was likely going to make worse before having to call a professional. Appreciated his expertise and advise. Installed new (very much needed) valves as well as the new faucet, after removing the old one that had rusted under the sink making it near impossible for someone without the proper tools. I was up in the middle of the night packing for a impending move when my drain clogged, and I wasn't able to use the dishwasher or clean anything. So I was desperate. I called that morning around 9::30, and Legend Plumbing said they get there someone there before noon. Andy and Joel were right on time, friendly and highly professional. They got the job done quicker than I thought they would. And they were able to help me get my key unstuck from an exterior lock as an added benefit. They did double duty as miracle workers today.

Jesse from Legend Plumbing came out on time and was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had a very small gas leak in one of my lines in the attic. I located the leak so I knew where it was. I turned off the gas from the meter. Next day Legend sent Jesse out to my home. I showed him the leak, he confirmed, quoted me a price, I agreed. Jesse was professional, knew what he was doing, showed me a few things about my gas fireplace and gas hot water heater. We had a nice conversation. Just a nice experience overall. The plumbers used by this company have always been professional and reliable. I recently had several issues/upgrades and they sent Mario. Mario needed to order unique parts for my project. He fix everything. His work was done in a timely, efficient, and reasonably-priced manner. Their trustworthy service is appreciated.

Mario was very responsive. He gave me a estimate over the phone, and the next day, he came out and confirmed his estimate. He completed the work the following day. I was impressed that he was running a copper line - not plastic. His price is very fair and reasonable and the workmanship he did, I feel like it was money well spent. They are honest, professional, easy to work with, and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Legend Plumbing in the past and they are terrific. They have great hours, weekends as well, and their plumbers are very skilled, nice to work with, and very neat. I needed a new hot water heater because mine had seen better days. I was able to set an appointment on a Saturday. Mario was the plumber. He was able to install a new water heater. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing and I will use them again.

I called inquiring about problem with water taking 5 minutes to become hot in Master bath but other areas in house were normal. Mario said a water heater pump might solve the problem. I agreed to try and Mario came out at the appointed time, installed and explained operation of the pump and it worked like a charm. I was very happy with their knowledge, efficiency and service. Have used them on a couple of other occasions with same satisfying results.

Each time we have called them out, they were able to come out the same day. One of the jobs was on a laundry sink. It was a large mess and ended up being tricky, but they solved the problem. They was super thorough and the price has been reasonable each time. Overall, I am very pleased with the company and I will use them again.

Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Legend Plumbing and Jesse came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. When they were scheduled to work they arrived promptly, and cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire Legend Plumbing again.

Last Monday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. They showed up at the promised time. Actually it was a He. His name is Jesse. He inspected the unit and he told me what the problem was. He went to work and replaced several parts explaining everything. Clean, fast and efficient. We have hot water again. Will definitively call them again for any future plumbing need. Went great. Mario and his crew arrived right on time and completed everything in about three hours. He was very professional and had good advice. We are very pleased with his work. Price was a bit more than what we anticipated, but I guess you get what you pay for. This is the second time we have used Legend Plumbing And Septic, and would recommend them very highly.
