They were great. Friendly and very timely.

She was very friendly, had two young employees with her and in just a little over a hour was through. She showed me the oven and a small spot she couldn’t get out, but it was wet and shiny and I said that was ok. She showed me a stain in the little bathroom commode that she couldn’t get out and I told her I understood as long as it was clean and I guessed it was because she was sticking her hand in commode and rubbing on stain with the commode water. I left her to finish house. A little later she said she was through. We looked in front door and it smelled very fresh. She said to be very careful, the floors were very wet and slick. I stepped in and could feel how slick it was and top of counters in kitchen area looked clean. As I turned to walk the 2-3 steps back out the door, I noticed cobwebs over the window next to the door and pointed it out to her. She wiped them off with her hand and said sorry. When I went to big bathroom later I noticed that commode had not been cleaned , that was when I first called her. I had already cleaned and disinfected it. I had told them we were taking the walk-in tub out so just disinfect the tub even though we weren’t going to use the tub. The house cleaner told me they understood I didn’t want them to clean the bathroom. I was very specific on phone and in person that I was a germophobic and so my husband and I spent over 5 hour each cleaning and disinfecting that evening and the rest of the house next day as we saw cabinets with dust, dead bugs and just dirty. I have tried to work it out with her and sent her pictures, thinking perhaps these were places her young employees were supposed to have done and didn’t. Started in December 3, 2020 and before I started to put things up or paint I even said to keep part of the money because she had done some things I guess, the more we looked after floors dried, but she didn’t do, I believe I said a tenth of what she had told me she would do on a deep clean, I still had items written down on what she said in a deep clean. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but more we looked more we had to clean, basically the whole house except for the very wet floors that kept us from going through complete house before she left and I had paid her. on December 9, after seeing a few pictures I texted her, she said she was giving me a full refund. Today when I texted her, I still do not have a refund and it is suppose to be because they are in quarantine. I do not know if they are her family or her CPA she mentioned, but I did tell her on text that even on quarantine a person can write a check. Seretta Smallridge

Absolutely wonderful! First deep cleaning was perfect and fast. They are so attentive and thorough. We've asked to be put on their rotation for weekly visits. Great communication. They've really been a great help to my family. Totally recommended.

Not good. Didn't clean like they said they would. Didn't notice a lot until they left, which was very much in a hurry. Would not recommend!!

Excellent. They were on time, and did a great job. They also put a lampshade back that my kitten had knocked over, as well as re-attaching an under counter light which had fallen off. My stove and microwave are spotless. My blinds and fans are completely dust free!
