Honesty is key.  My husband owned his own business for 35 years and said that Brett LeMarr was the most ethical person he has done business with.  What was great was during the construction process most of the subcontractors told us how much they liked Brett LeMarr and that he was great to work with and that he is fair.  We did not expect that subcontractors would say this to us.  The architects said they liked that he never lost his cool and also enjoyed working with him from start to finish.  When building a home, it is very important when you have the two key people involved in the creation of your home to work well together.  Our feeling was that Brett is the type of person to get along with everyone involved.  The subcontractors he worked with on our project were all top notch, polite and came back until they finished the job to our liking. <br /> Because it is a new home, he said there would continue to be settling cracks in the structure and that they would come back to fix that.  I should mention that the home we built was not easy.  It is a very contemporary home with straight lines, smooth walls and completely smooth ceiling.  Many people commented on that this would not be an easy home to build and have been impressed with the construction of the home as well as the design. <br /> What could have been a stressful experience was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for my husband and I.  We feel so fortunate in our choice of our contractor. <br /> <br /> <br />
