Cleo and his team did a fantastic job paining both the exterior and interior of our entire home. The are always available for any minor things that come up along the way and approach each job with a very calming demeanor. I know they are capable of just about any type of renovation project and I will be using them again in the future.

Excellent!! Wallpaper border was taken down, toilet and old tile floor were removed. Cracks and nail holes were repaired, walls and ceiling painted, new plank tile laid, vanity painted, faucets, drains, shower head, and hardware replaced, shelves and towel bars mounted, new baseboards painted and installed, and a new toilet added. One young man did the majority of the work, including cleanup, in two and a half days!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and work ethic given to this project, along with being reasonably priced. I plan to hire Lemes “Home Improvement” for future home improvements and recommend them highly!!

It was really fantastic. Cleo and his crew are polite, professional, and eager to get the job done well. If anything came up, we were told immediately and were walked through any options. There were no surprise costs. If Cleo and his crew could not do a part of the job, they were able to subcontract. That said, the vast majority was in their wheel house. Cleo is very relaxed, has a ready smile, and is honest. I can't recommend him enough and I have recommended to many friends and co-workers.

Cleo and his crew have done extensive projects for me and my family. I've worked with dozens of contractors over the years and I can't emphasize enough how much I would recommend Cleo and his team. They do fantastic work of course, but they are also genuinely very kind, always on-time, and keep work spaces clean. On our previous home, they built a 196 sq ft ADU with a bathroom from the ground up and they also did a full bathroom remodel. On our current home, they removed a ton of load bearing walls and installed structural beams, did a full kitchen remodel, and remodeled 2 bathrooms. I would gladly provide a reference for Cleo and his team any time.

Cleo remodeled our bathroom and did a great job. He helped us pick out the right materials and was very respectful of our space while the work was completed (we had just had a baby). We will be using him again in the future for other projects.

Very prompt response. Very professional. Two gentlemen performed the services. They requested installation instructions in advance in order to bring the appropriate tools. They arrived on time and installed the fans and doors in less than one day. Very polite and respectful. Wore masks. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. All I had to do was vacuum afterward. I will call them again when I need work done.

We just finished a 7 month entire house remodel with Cleo. He was such a blessing and I’m very glad we found him. He truly went above and beyond with every scope of the remodel - new plumbing, new electric, new framing/drywall, 3 bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, hardwood refinishing, interior & exterior painting, new gas line, exterior decking & tile, concrete balustrades, trash haul off and a million more little things! Next year we will be doing a second round exterior remodel - new concrete stairs, new carport, new exterior fence and we will be hiring Cleo again. I can’t recommend him enough!
