Joe came out to look at our fridge the same day we called for the service, and completed the repair the very next day. Other companies were quoting at least 3-4 days before being able to come out. Joe also kept me updated about his arrival. Although he came a little later than I quoted, I appreciated his phone call to let me know that he was on the way. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and personable.

joe went the extra mile and found there was a recall on our LG stove We may get repair done at no cost since there is a class action on going. He looked out for our best interest. I appreciate that. I will call Anytime Appliance back again if needed for appliance repair.
