It was excellent. On time, prompt, very courteous, pricing was competitive, good experience, and communication was good.

Found many problems and violations by the contractor who previously installed the system. All problems repaired in a timely fashion. Would hire Mike in the future for any problem

Could not have gone better. After obtaining what I felt was an extremely fair estimate, Mike and Mike (father & son) arrived the following day, tracked down the problem quickly, replaced the necessary part in the non-working zone, replaced several inefficient sprinkler heads and got the entire system up and running and left a clean work site. Great teamwork, hard workers, knowledgeable, professional, very pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Leonard Drainage & Irrigation and will definitely use again if needed in the future.

They were not good at any sort of communication. When the young man and his assistant came to check the system, they arrived in a small unprofessional car that looked to be on its last leg. They didn't do some things promised in the add as well as didn't instruct me on using the system. They found an issue with a zone and were completely unprepared with anything to find the valve and or the sensor to be able to fix it. I would have needed to have them come back to find it, let alone fix the issue. They said they could do it cheaper than anyone else. I think I will have a different company do the real work, they were too young to understand that it is not always about the money.

The repair technicians did a good job for a reasonable price.

Took multiple days. Tried to contact afterwards. No response. Ended up replacing controls, assorted connects and heads. Super sized us
