Things went very well. Edwin and crew had our old deck down in one day and our new one up in two days. The deck is beautiful. Edwin was very kind and they worked very hard. Our county inspector even commented on how well the deck was built!

Both the deck and porch railing projects were expertly completed by Edwin and his crew. There were no issues or delays of any kind. We could not be happier. The deck project included a complete demo of the existing wood deck, including all structural elements, followed by the installation of the new composite deck. The total project was approximately 240 square feet, plus stairs that run the full length of the deck down to an existing stone patio. The porch railing project included replacing three structural posts as well as the railing system, and included the installation of rails for the stairs which were a new addition. The deck was completed in 2021 and the porch project was completed in 2022. We recommended Edwin’s company to a number of neighbors and they in return recommended Edwin to other neighbors. They have all told us they were pleased with the work completed. We would definitely hire him again.

We're very happy with our new deck. After the surface, stairs, and rail demolition, Edwin was able to rebuild using our existing footings and joists. That helped us save money. We sourced the Trex and supplies ourselves to save on materials, and Edwin and his crew ran with the project. We've received a lot of compliments on the quality job. Edwin is very experienced and built a beautiful deck that will hold up for the long haul.
