Things did not go as planned. Original estimate did not cover the job to completion. Was charged $300 extra to complete the original estimate. The worker contracted to do the work was somewhat rude to my wife (I was not able to be onsite) and made her uncomfortable. We discovered a chunk of wood that was gouged from the underside of the railing which was not brought to our attention and no attempt was made to repair it. We were, on the other hand, somewhat satisfied with the overall quality of the work but it came with a steep price and we feel we were overcharged.

Everything went great. I thought the price for the work was fair and they did an excellent job. Along the project, they unfortunately found some additional issues with my deck, and I thought they quoted me fair prices for these additional fixes. Unfortunately, these additional fixes extended the time for the project, however, in the end I was very happy with how my deck looks now.

I hired Leon Pro Services to build a composite deck. Leon Pro Services were very professional throughout the entire process, from bidding to scheduling final inspection with the county. Kate was thorough, responsive and patient. I and all my neighbours were impressed by the craftsmanship of the team---the deck was meticulously built with attentions on details. I am satisfied with the project and would definitely recommend to my friends and others.

Wonderfully! The company worked with us to find the correct materials for a porch that was constructed about 25 years ago, sent a detailed estimate, and followed up with each interaction. We exchanged emails regarding thd materials and they really worked to find the exact items. They scheduled us within a week of acceptance of proposal, and completed all work on the same day when they came. It looks better than we imagined (we'd put this repair off for too long and, of course, it became much worse than when we first noticed the problem), the materials were perfect, and the craftsmanship was excellent. This repair will take us through another 25 years at least, it was better constructed than the original porch. The cost was reasonable for both projects. Everyone was very professional with the planning and follow through. I would highly recommend this company and I'm pretty sure we will use them again for other repairs.

Not well. I showed the leftover can of deck stain to the owner when he was doing the estimate which I wanted used. The workmen came in the am while I was sleeping, (I work night shift) and my husband was working. The workmen briefly showed my husband the stain which he thought looked red, but they said it would look less red when it was applied. They interrupted him while he was on a Zoom call. My husband then had to leave the house to go into his office. I got up a few hours later and discovered that they applied the wrong stain, which didn’t match the rest of the deck. When I showed the owner the can in the first place, I mentioned that I wanted the new stain to match what was already on the deck, particularly because we were just having the floor redone. The stain they used was awful, It looked like rust colored paint. We have a cedar color that looks natural. I talked to the workmen about it and they got the owner on the phone. Communication was difficult with the workman then and when they came to pressure wash. They were barely fluent in English. The owner said they would remove the wrong stain and redo it. In the process, they caused the internet to go off because of the amount of water they were spraying near an outlet. Then they blew off all of the red paint, which was necessary, but resulted in little pieces of it scattered all over the place. When I complained to the owner, he was not particularly apologetic. He more or less minimized the inconvenience and wanted to blame my husband for their putting the wrong stain on. He called it “just a mistake”. When the workmen finished, they asked to be paid. They were not planning on coming back to put the grill and furniture back on the deck when it dried. I have never had my deck stained without having the items put back after the stain dried. I told them I would pay them after they put the furniture back. Eventually, the work was done correctly, but the process was annoying and stressful.

Very well, they came out removed the old deck flooring. stairs, nails etc. Then put down deck flooring, added new stairs, posts for stair stability (put in concrete) and designed and cut out a wooden flap door to to water hose. Then they sanded and sealed deck/rails. They pressure washed bench and two end tables. Removed old materials and clean-up. Vey nice people to work with, let us know when they were coming out and what they would do if weather was bad. Would hire for another project. Their price was the lowest, another contractor want4ed $900 more and another contractor wanted $4,000 dollars more (All were given the same requirements)

Did work as expected.

My front portico needed repairs. The estimator came out and said that since we caught it early, all that needed to be done was reshingle the portico and it would be fine. After the work was complete and I paid, the worker told me that it has extensive damage and would need to be replaced completely in the next 3-5 yrs. This sort of information would have changed my path of resolution (I probably would have paid them to just replace now instead). In addition to this, they were originally scheduled for a saturday at 4pm. i rearranged my schedule to be home at this time, and they called me 3:57 to say they wouldn't be coming at that time and would be here Monday at 9am. At 9:30 i called, and they said they'd be there by 10, and they didn't arrive until ~10:30.

I was very pleased with the work done by this company. I would recommend them again.

Overall it went well. Very responsive. Fellows on site varied depending on whether it was demolition/clean up, construction or staining. English was not their first language and some had a better command of English than others. Depending on the team on site, at times it made communication challenging. When that did happen I called Ot, the project manager, who always answered my call and could communicate with those on site.

This contractor told me they provide 1 year labor and material warranty prior to start of the work. In several months, the work they did is falling apart. I contacted the owner, Otar, sent him the photos, requesting correction of the work, no response ever since.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Their business practices are fraudulent and dishonest. They charged my credit card TWICE without consent. The workmanship was fair to adequate at best. They were provided a 30% deposit to begin work with the balance due on completion. When they thought the job was complete, without an inspection from me and without my consent, they used a previous authorization for the deposit to again charge my credit card. Inspection of the work revealed areas not treated and stained and portions of the required worked overlooked. They were notified of the deficiencies by email and text. Photos of the incomplete work were provided. It took another week and a half for them to return and complete the job. After completing the work, and again WITHOUT my consent, they again illegally used a prior authorization to charge my credit card. The owner of the business claims he had the right to charge my credit card with my consent because he thought the work was done. He had NO RIGHT to ILLEGALLY charge my credit card without my consent. These actions and practices constitute FRAUD and I am addressing these issues with legal authorities. While I don’t dispute their right to be paid for the fair to adequate work performed, their method of illegally obtaining payment was fraudulent, dishonest and violated my right to determine the payment method. They see nothing wrong with doing business illegally which should be a clear warning to all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND DISHONEST.

Good to excellent

It took a while due to weather so I was without deck furniture for over a month, but once the weather cleared for a week, they were able to finish the job.

The boards on our deck were warping and beginning to splinter on our end of unit townhome. The top rail also needed to be replaced as can be seen in the photo, but we didn't want to do a complete tear down and rebuild. Leon Pro did all the demolition and carpentry work in December 2017 right before the cold weather turned, in fact, on the last days the guys were all out there in freezing temperatures! They replaced all the top boards, including the perpendicular supports using screws instead of the nails that were in it before, all new steps and top of the rail, installed all new brackets to attach to the house. The original upright supports stayed as well as the rail spindles. At our request, they added a 8 ft blow through privacy fence on the neighbors side. The staining was done in May 2018 when the weather warmed and there was a break in the rain. The only negatives: the waste and excess lumber was left in our yard all winter, on top of a leaf pile, and I had to reach out to them a few times to get the staining scheduled in the spring. You'd think that with an outstanding 1K+ balance owed to them that they would be eager to collect. There was some inconsistency with our contact person, shifting from Stefan to Otar with no explanation, but we rolled with it. We are super happy with the work, the deck looks brand new. The project went a bit over budget for some additional modifications to make the deck safer.

We were told that 2 coats of paint were applied but 6 months later, the paint alrwady started to chip. We’ll have to repaint the kitchen. The contracot didn't finish and came back the next day, which was inconvient for us.

It was difficult communicating to the workers and I had to call back to complete services.

Excellent work and at an excellent price. highly recommended. Some minor communications problems due to language but the end result was perfect.

The technician did a good job of explaining the materials and technique and was timely with the repair. It was a very cold day and he used materials that were appropriate for the outdoor installation in that weather.

This company is amazing!!! Starting from friendly and knowledgeable office staff all the way with professional, accurate and clean technicians. They was on time, kept their promise to keep everythig on time and finished in the timeframe they gave me. They built my deck from zero. One of the bust experience I've had!!! I've just purchased old house in MD and I already schedule next appointment for an additional projects they do!! Thank you very much!!!

We worked with Otar, his team did a great job. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable.The project was done quickly and efficiently. Our new bathroom looks amazing.
