They were very quick. They came at a last minute notice and they were able to accommodate my needs.

I was very happy, she spent more time than I expected, she did me a big favor because my land lord was not happy about my cleaning ability, so I kept my appartment.

They were friendly and priced very fairly.  They were 30 minutes late however they did call ahead to notify us.  She did seem to get a lot of business phone calls while she was cleaning as well.  I would possibly use their services again.

Called for an appointment on Thursday, Feb. 16, and scheduled for 10am, Monday, Feb. 20, 2012. Robin and her husband  <br /> arrived a few minutes late, but not surprising since they traveled over 30 miles to reach my home. Went right to work <br /> supplying all needed equipment and supplies and finished about 2:30 pm. Work in all areas was completed to my <br /> satisfaction and pleasure with no problems, including cleaning the refrigerator. Bathrooms were especially well done. <br /> Felt the work was worth more than was requested and sorry I couldn't have paid them more. Will be glad to ask them <br /> to come back in the future.

Agency arrived with two individuals at 9:00 a.m. and worked without stopping in this 4 bedroom, bath and a half ranch style home.  House also has sunroom and seperate laundry room.  The team of two worked continuously until about 5:00 p.m.  When asked about price, said pay what you think is fair.  My figuring was $30.00/hr x 2 persons x 8 hours for a total of 480.00.  I gave them an even 500.00.

Long story short my wife is deployed and we have a 19 month old son and had 2 great danes. I came home from work early thinking I would be able to relax and joy being off. Well little did I know... I pulled my truck in the garage and when I got out I could smell the great smell of dog poop. I was really upset cause I have dealt with this before. I opened the door to my house and the dogs had broken there cage and gotten out and pooped and peed everywhere in the house i.e. on the walls, the couch, under doors and the dining room table. I was stuck I had to pick my son up from daycare by 6pm and I did not wanna bring him to the house smelling like this so I got on google and looked up cleaning service in jacksonville nc. I called everyone on this list and not one person was willing or able to come out and help me. One person told me to look on lejeune yard sale so I did. I called the first number which happened to be there which was lepirds cleaning service and I got an immediate answer. I told her my situation and you could tell she understood what was going on and how stressed I actually was. After telling her the situation she told me she was shopping and would be done in 30 min and would call back. 30 min later I got a call and she was on her way over here. When they got here they immediately started cleaning no questions asked. I did not even care about how much the bill was I just needed help. As 2 hrs had passed and getting to know her and her husband we made a not so good situation into a fun time. When the house was finally clean it looked absolutely amazing and smelled even better you could not even tell anything had happened in the house earlier that day. After looking at how nice it looked and good it smelled I asked her how much it would be and honestly I was quite nervous. Her response to me was whatever is fine. I was shocked... So after going back and forth a few times about a price she told me 50 dollars. I thought that she had done way to much work for 50 dollars so I chose to give them a 30 dollar tip because of how friendly, and quick the were. Needless to say we have hired her to come every 2 weeks to help me out with some of the house hold cleaning that needs to be done. She still only charges us 50 dollars to clean our house and I would truly recommend her to anyone who is trying to find and honest, no bs and darn good cleaning service.
