One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired Let's Clean through Angi after posting my move-out cleaning project. Samantha contacted me, we discussed the job, and agreed on a price of $200.00 She did call to let me know she was running late. Since I had another commitment, we agreed that she would meet with the building manager and complete the cleaning, which she did. After the job was finished, Samantha requested payment in cash, and I paid her the agreed $200.00 on June 30, 2026. My concern is that since then, I have been unable to reach her. I have called and left voicemails because I need a receipt for my payment and pictures of the completed cleaning, but I have not received a response. Please text me the recipe and the photos. You already have my phone number. I hope this matter is resolved promptly because I may consider using your company again in the future, but good communication and proper documentation are important.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I feel lukewarm or was not satisfied about the services that was provided. The person used all of the chemicals that were in the house and did not come with their own supplies and then she filled it up with water after. She did not clean the bathroom properly. The tub was not done properly also.

Hired this team a week before the date I needed, mishaps on communication & lateness which took 1 star away, if that wasn't the case it would've been 5 stars. They came in and went straight to work which I appreciate. Work was completed and I'm happy with the overall clean. Will/would hire again based solely off the work completed for sure.
