Absolutely perfect! Fast, honest and priced very fair. This was our second time using them and we made sure we found them again to call. We thought we were going to need a new unit and we didn’t, at least for now. I was so happy since I have 3 kids in college!

I called about 8am on Saturday morning and he was here before 10 to get the unit apart and identified it was indeed froze up. He came back on Sunday morning to complete the service. The unit ended up needing freon. His service was second to none to come out on a weekend in the morning and get us back running so the move into our new house was a better experience. The unit, now two weeks later, it working like a champ!

Dominic and Antonio were great! Polite, professional, and honest. Came when they said they were going to. Checked things out, but didn't find anything wrong. I was happy to pay the service call fee because they came to Franklin from Nashville within 6 hrs of calling. Our unit is 20+ yrs old, so I'm sure they could've "found" something to repair. Instead, they just explained how to know if your unit is truly not working vs just struggling to keep up with the TN heat! I would absolutely call them again!

The owner himself showed up and clearly took pride in his work. He was thoughtful with diagnostics and fixed the unit during the same visit. A technician from American Heating and Cooling came by for the same job and quoted a price that was 5 times higher. Definitely not a 2 pound technician!!

I had a new h/c split unit installed in one of my rental properties and was very pleased. They returned my calls in a timely manner and was able to complete the job as agreed. I will use their service in the future.

Great....always comes same day if emergency, pricing is lower than most and extremely polite.

Mr. Lewis did the tune-up and also found other problems with AC and fixed them. it took about 2 Hrs. to finish job which cost $115.00 more. Very satisfied with work done and reasonably priced.

When I talked to this business man, he said he doesn't know how Angies list works and apparently didn't care. I have ordered a couple services off Angies list and nobody has even showed up to do any work. I will probably not be doing business through Angies list anymore as I thought with the grading that the businesses have been screened. Apparently that is not the case at all. I will order AC/Heating service through someone else that can come out on Monday and I hope that the painting that I ordered and paid for with possibly show up next week. I guess we will have to wait and see. It's only been since Aug 9th since I ordered the painting. Please refund the AC work that I never received. Thank you

Mr Lewis and his assistant Antonio were absolutely incredible, great price, superior customer service and top notch work. You will not be disappointed.

The team was great - courteous and professional. Only issue was a cancellation of the original apt because of personal issues - which I can understand. Still came out on the following day (Saturday) to get the work done and make it right.
