Steven poured a small pad for us, and I paid extra for it to be stamped. Unfortunately the concrete wasn't floated enough/properly, and rocks are exposed randomly throughout the slab. The edges are rocky and cracked. Not to mention he broke a sprinkler line to a station and caped it off. That station will never water again. Also while digging broke the electric communications line to all the zones in the backyard. He cracked the concrete that was already there & left a huge mess! Steven gave me his "WORD" via text & on the phone he'd make it right and fix concrete & his father inlaw repair/replace sprinkler communication line. Steven told me two different times he/father in-law was coming and never showed. It's been several weeks won't answer my many calls, no returned texts, or calls. Hand shake and your "Word" means more than a contract to me, but I'm old school. Poor quality craftsmanship & extremely flacky! Steven's "Word" is worthless, and he doesnt do good work!

The pouring went good. Less than month after a few cracks at the step appeared and I notified the owner. On all 3 times of telling me he'd be by to take care of it,he failed to show without notifying me that he wouldn't be by. Very unprofessional!! More recent,I've texted and called him with response! I would not recommend using this company for anymore work.. he messed up and lost out on making lot of money with me due to having lots more to poured,but I'll definitely look elsewhere and for a more professional company!

I’ve been extremely busy and considering that you were a client that didn’t come from this website because you knew me personally, I figured you would know that I would take care of you when I was able to, given this hectic time for me. Contractors have family’s and life situations as well. I’ve communicated to you that I will be there asap and you choose too try to take me down without Any patience. I’m sorry for the inconvenience I may have caused you but the simple repairs you’re asking for can be taken care of very easily, but I just haven’t been able to make it as soon as I’ve wanted too but I’m doing best for you."
