Always hours late with both appointments. Five hundred dollars later Sprinkler valve box still leaking. Wasted our time and money. Now we have to find someone else to fix it. Very disappointed. Never receives any receipts or invoice yet. Not professional at all. Do not use this company.

See this flooded valve control box for a home sprinkler system? That's what $1,850 plus $200 in tips gets you from LGC Innovations. Correction to their claims, "One call covers it all (UP!) ... No finger pointing (EXCEPT AT THE CUSTOMER!)" Raoul accidentally broke a PVC pipe while attempting to fix our sprinkler system. Instead of OWNING the problem, he covered it up and LGC wants another $300 to fix his mistake. "Our bid was 40% less than our usual price (SO YOU SHOULD JUST EAT IT!)." Shame, because most of their work was fine. But ripping-off the customer, covering up a mistake, and refusing to fix it leads me to warn others to avoid LGC LLC. I was going to give them THOUSANDS of dollars in follow-on work, but someone else will get my hard-earned money.

Marcus came when he said he would. Tested the system and suggested I not replace two head that were working. Completed the replacement of the broken head in a timely manner. Then just chatted for 10-15 minutes when he was done. Was great chatting, did great work and was honest about what NEEDED to be replaced. Would definitely hire them again.

I attempted to work with LGC but they made an appointment with me and didn?t show up at all. No communication no show. When I contacted them about this they apologized set an appointment for a week later and offered a slight discount as an apology. They promised to confirm my appointment and notate my account. A week later no confirmation, no show the day/time of the appointment, no communication. Now my sprinklers have not been working and my grass is dying. 0/10 experience.

Marcos, Harley and the team did an amazing job on our house. They tore down our old fences that looked terrible and put up a new one that looked amazing. They also did quite a bit of landscaping by leveling out some bad dirt, adding nice rocks, plants, and a walkway. They were super professional, friendly, and fairly affordable. I plant to use them again for our next projects. Would highly recommend giving them a chance for any ideas you have.

Marco and Harley came out and fixed a cracked valve. They were both great friendly. They did not try to upsell anything and got the job done quick and for the quoted price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Marcos did a great job. On very short notice, and on a Sunday morning nonetheless, Marcos came out to our house and repaired the sprinkler system manifold that had cracked during the winter. He completed the job in about an hour and then our sprinkler system worked fine. Highly recommend.

Marcos and his team were very professional and delivered a beautiful design in an efficient manner. Marcos had proactive and responsive communication throughout the project, and had helpful design suggestions with the size and type of gravel selected based on our design and functionality goals. He also had helpful suggestions on an irrigation solution that was functional and cost effective for our size yard. Marcos and his team were very conscious of the rainy weather forecast (early summer 2023) to make sure the conditions were ideal to complete the project on time without re-work due to rain interruption. They were also accomodating to our HOA approval process and implementing thegrading/drainage requirements of our community. We were very happy with the services provided and aesthetic of the finished yard.

Our landscape project went well. It was completed quickly and professionally. We had a portion of our yard graded to install a concrete pad so we could install a hot tub. We had a fire pit and a fountain built. It is gorgeous.
