He was late by over 2 hours without a courtesy call. I ended up calling him. Then he said he was sorry about some reason he couldn't be on time. I told him he should have call ed me. Once he arrived it took over 2 hours for him to install. What's worse is he didn't install it correctly. Screws were loose and he left out part of the assemble and ran off to Lowe's to buy a part that was never needed. It was obvious he didn't read the assembly instructions. I tried to reach him numerous times after he left to get the part he took with him. My mistake was paying him. Once I discovered the issues with his work I tried to reach him. He wouldn't answer my calls. I left 3 messages and one text. I left another message this morning and I still have not received a courtesy call back. I would never hire him again. His name was Luis Ortiz of Lgolocksmithservice. I should have canceled the check given the fact I should have installed it myself since I am now fixing it myself. I have since had to order the part to complete the job myself. I should be refunded my money.

The service was good. Luis Ortiz, he was nice. He was polite, a very good guy. He answers our questions that we had. He also gave us options. He also apologizes for the delay of the order of the lock and he let us know about it early morning.
