At the end, I felt the response to service was excellent.  The fencing is straight and looks great.  We are new to Cape Coral and used Angies List to find this provider.  We agreed to have them install the fence without getting a second quote based on our experience and satisfation with all contractors to date using Angies List.  Our fence was installed while we were out of the country.  When we returned, the fence had not been 100% finished.  End pieces were missing, caps missing, and some debris from our previous fence remained.  This upset us.  I called the company and immediately they responded.  They immediately had a worker come over and fix the errors.  Thw owner was obviously unaware of the problem.  I gave them an A rating because of how they handled this problem with apologies and professionalism.  Sometimes it is not what you do..it is what you do to fix a problem.  I would use this company again because they obviously are passionate about their work and making sure the job is done to the consumers satisfaction. <br />

The company came out and the installers were polite and knowledgable.   It took a couple of days to install and they really did a nice job going around tree roots and palmetto plants.  They tried to minimize the gaps under the fence and I was happy with the appearance.   I did notice that several of the poles weren't set very securely and it seemed that the cement was poured into the post hole but not wet down to set up.   I called "Jonathan" and told him my concerns and he apologized and had the crew come out the next day to correct the oversight.   It has been two weeks  and the job looks very nice.  I would mention that there were many bits and pieces of metal that were left on my lawn that i needed to pick up.   Didn't want my dog to get ahold of those.  All in all, a fair price for a very nice job.  The company was pleasant to deal with and is happy to give AngiesList folks a small discount.  Would hire them again.

Liberty Fencing's professionalism and willingness to spend time to explain the process and product sold me on their Company and product. All the people I spoke to were friendly and helpful but Michael's professionalism and willingness to help was outstanding. His recommendations  helped to ensure I get what I wanted. Donnie really went out of his way when installing the fence, answering my questions and helping me understand what was going on. If and when I need additional fence work done, I will certainly be calling Liberty Fencing.
