The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He informed me what was going on step by step until the job was completed. I highly recommend them to everyone. They had done a fantastic job in a timely manner. They really went above and beyond.

When I first met Mike, he seemed like a great guy. He let me know that he held several licenses in different areas. Hence, he could do many different tasks. Though I hired him to pin up some duct work, he also installed a moisture barrier for me at an additional fee. That work appears to have been done adequately. However I had to text him on day two to make sure he was returning to finish the job when he hadn't arrived by 11:30. He eventually showed up after lunch. Over the two days, Mike gave me an overview of himself that described a person who honors their word, could be counted on, etc. He accepted additional tasks at this property and possibly at my personal home. But by noon the next day, Mike was a no show. I had a closing on the property the following week and turned away other tradesmen to give the work to Mike. I received a text from him mid afternoon saying he had gotten several other calls for work. I texted him back 2 more times. I never heard from him again.

"This customer set his price and was angry from the beginning. He had sold the house an did not want to do the repairs at all. He stated he had all the supplies, which he did not. I had to buy supplies out of pocket because he did not want to repair the duct work correctly. He is a nut. This customer was looking for a cheap handy man. No one could please him."

Fantastic they did a great job.. they were superior in service and price.. I had 2 outside gas packs and an attic electric unit . Pricing was better for a 16 seer while Others were trying to sell me a 14 sheet at approx 7k more

Liberty services did an exceptional job and putting my AC system in which included two separate units. They were very professional and efficient as they were various challenges they had to overcome on the job. I would recommend them very highly, and know with award of experience under their belts, they do exceptional work.
